The Hotel Aluxor was very clean and beds were comfortable. Linens were excellent! Close to airport, breakfast options were better than most, and loved the Keurig in the room. Waking up to quick coffee is a plus! The floor plan has a common area which is helpful if you travel with children, I'd imagine.

Do not take the shuttle from airport, unless you have time to waste. The hotel is working through some issues with transit, and an uber is only $20. Spend it. We did on the way back to airport.

We chose this hotel as we were arriving quite late and we’re only staying two nights. We got here within 10 minutes from the airport and parking was free. Checkin was quick. Our room and toilet were clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were slightly high. The hotel was quiet given the fact it was so close to the airport. There was a selection of herbal and black tea at the reception. We drove into San Francisco the next morning for sight seeing. The lobby was small but there was another seating area which was large and well decorated on the first floor.

The property was located in a Suburb of San Francisco and easy to get to with close access to the airport. The staff were wonderful, kind and accommodating. The young college student who worked the evening made sure that me and my daughter were safe after the shuttle dropped us off. The room was spacious and very clean. Hot, hot, hot shower water. Great perk.

I wish the washer and dryer worked. I am an avid hiker/runner on all vacations and rely on washing my clothes after all hikes or runs. They did not have working laundry services as advertised.

It's close to the airport. I used their shuttle service to pick me up from the airport and drop me off the next day. The front staff were friendly. They have filtered water in the lobby so I was able to fill my water canteen. When I woke up the next day, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my door to a sun filled sitting room.

Everything was great for a one night stay. I had a long layover so just needed to stay one night. It's close to the airport and the shuttle service was great. Didn't have spend extra money for a taxi.

It’s beautifully decorated, however you can’t tell looking at the outside. The bed and room were comfortable, and also clean. It’s convenient to have things delivered and they offered free tea and coffee in the lobby. The guy working at the time came off a little strange at first, but he was ok.

They don’t help with bags from the shuttle or to the room. I’m not sure if this is because of the type of property or the country. The outside of the building can be spruced up a bit to reflect the beauty inside.

This was probably the best bargain hotel experience I have ever had. We only stayed one night because of an overnight layover at SFO, so we were only there a few hours, but the place was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. I would have thought we were staying at a 4-star hotel, had I not known better. The only downside was that we were on a street-side room and the hotel is located on a busy street, so it was a bit loud. But other than that is was a great stat

Hotel is beautiful, with two indoor courtyards with gorgeous skyboxes and lavish furniture. Room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff is very courteous. Close by to many restaurants and amenities. Coffee vending machine in the lobby was a nice treat!

Lack of ice bucket in the room, and the TV has limited options for viewing; bring a laptop or Chromecast/FireTV if you plan to watch anything other than basic cable.

The staff were welcoming, genuine, warm, and kind. They went out of their way to be exceptionally helpful. One of them (who called himself the man with the grey hair😊) is the nicest reception person I have ever met. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was an added bonus. Due to traffic it took 15 minutes one way and 10 the other. The two lounge rooms under the glassed roof are spacious, comfortable, and light. There are shops and eateries just around the corner.

This was close to the airport when we had a late arrival and needed to stay somewhere close. They have their own parking garage. Don't be thrown off by entering through the garage to check in - you're kept in the garage while you registrar at a window before buzzed in. My kids felt it was sketchy but it's just a late night security feature. Inside the hotel is really nice, decorated well and the room was big and comfortable. We'd stay again.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. Free coffee at the lobby, room was enormous with a beautiful bed, a small sofa and a desk to write/eat and had a beautiful decoration. Close to a convenience store, an atm and a Wendy's. Perfect if you are just staying for a layover from San Francisco airport.

You can hear the next room but not an issue and unfortunately there was no iron available (at least not inside the room)
