Wonderful little hotel, great to stay at for an early departure from SFO. Free shuttle leaving just after 4am PT and is driving directly to the airport. Wonderful, helpful staff. The two young men in the evening and again in the morning were so kind and warm. Coffee, tea and lemonade available in the lobby We got a breakfast brown-bag with yogurt, an apple and candy bar for the way. Much appreciated to take along, to start a long trip.

It was kinda strange that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. If you are sensitive to sound, at night, the fridge in the room could be annoying.

On our arrival, we were very tired from a long day of travel with two under two and were pretty underwhelmed. The shuttle bus driver was pretty upset that we didn’t have any dollars but ended up accepting some UK cash. However, the next day (after some sleep!) we had a nice breakfast, EXCELLENT coffee and were so well looked after that we realised our initial impression was likely influenced by how we had been feeling! The staff were friendly & helpful and you are able to hang out at the hotel after checkout if your flight isn’t until later. They were so kind when it looked like the shuttle bus may not have been running and assured us they would get us to the airport for our flight. As it was we got the shuttle fine. It was very conveniently located for the airport.

The location was not particularly nice to walk around though we did find a corner shop.

The location is just 5-7 mins drive from Airport and was very convenient. I had picked up a car from Airport Car Rental and the property had great parking facility. They helped me even with early check-in that is truly appreciated. The room was large and very comfortable. Overall a great experience.

The breakfast was good but could have few more options such as cut fruits, pan cakes etc. The price I paid was same as I paid for a Hilton property in Napa Valley and Marriott property in another location. So I felt that the price was a bit on the high side.

I arrived earlier than expected, and the young lady behind the counter apologized because the room was not ready. I was asking nicely to have a seat, and as soon as the room was ready, I was allowed to use the room. Next time I stay at the Atrium Hotel, I will not check in until the check-in time. The young lady cleaning the room was friendly and did a great job cleaning the room. The breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of choices .

The lack of time i had to enjoy your facilities, which is not your fault. My wife and I are always rushing to visit family in San Francisco and surrounding areas, which makes our stay at a little hectic .

convenience to freeway and El Camino Real. had a lot of restaurants and shopping area. Your desk staff was very friendly and really helpful. Questions were answered with no problems. Informed us of different restaurants and rental cars available in the area.

Breakfast could be better, example more variety of fruit, offered only one type of fruit which was three bowls of only apples. We were there for three days for breakfast and everything was the same. Everyday was the same menu. need to change up your breakfast menu for variety of breakfast food. Did not like the noise of the airplanes flying so low by the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip but what a great find! Close to the airport and for my local road trip needs, thus avoiding downtown SF. Rooms are big and complete with TV, refrigerator and microwave. Bathrooms are likewise large (for a hotel). A big plus is that they also have FREE on-site parking which is rare around this area. I've met 3 of the front desk staff and each one of them are super nice, friendly and exceptionally helpful and polite. The same goes for the shuttle drivers who work extra hard for their well deserved tips with their sage advice and tips. Very impressed with all the staff and services of the hotel. I definitely recommend the Atrium SFO and I'll be back again in a couple of weeks for a night before flying back home.

There aren't many stores or restaurants near by which was a shame but there are plenty of food delivery options via Uber.

Happy with the included breakfast ... good variety of foods and tasty. The room was comfortable and had the standard amenities. We appreciated the park-and-fly option; the cost was reasonable and competitive with airport parking lots. I was happy that the parking lot was on the ground floor of the hotel and my car was protected from the elements while we were gone. The hotel was a quick shuttle ride from the San Francisco Airport.

We didn't experience any negatives during our stay. I would have liked to pay less for the room, but nothing is cheap anymore. Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable and a good value.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. This is a modest hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They begin serving breakfast at 6:00 AM, which is perfect for early flights. The location near the airport is perfect (but the neighborhood is a little shabby). This time I used the shuttle to the airport, and it worked well.

The one issue with the hotel is the lack of restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a shopping center nearby with restaurants and a large Barnes and Noble bookstore. But it is a little far for walking, so a car or taxi would be needed.

Location. Free parking. Nice employees. Good breakfast selections.

At first, the refrigerator in our room would not work. It was definitely on its last leg and randomly started working few hours into the stay. I will say that the staff was extremely accommodating and put anything I wanted into their main refrigerator. I wasn’t even going to mention this because it was just a glitch on the radar and they were extremely accommodating and kind about it. So, my motive and mentioning this is less about complaining and more about supporting how they responded.

Staff were great, very good value compared to what else was available. The room was comfortable, good shower and beds and great location.

The free shuttle stops operating at night so we paid a lot for an uber to take us on a 6minute ride to the hotel instead. We traveled just after midnight. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The waffle mix wasn't mixed properly both days (watery/lumpy) and the only fresh fruit was whole apples.
