The staff was so nice! The free breakfast was good. The parking lot is very close to the entrance. Ease of checking in. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub has jets. I didn't use them but it had them. I rented the king suite. Not something I look for, but...the office chair in the room had the BEST back support and I suffer from back pain. So this was a major win for me. There's a deli and smoke shop 100 feet away. There's a gas station at the end of the block. So they are conveniently located.

The parking lot was very small. I was nervous if we'd come at a busier time that we'd have to park on the street. But that didn't happen. Right before you get to the hotel, the road get choppy, but that's not their fault.

The room was spacious, and clean. The amenities were great. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful, even offering to have some breakfast items delivered to my room since I had to be up and leaving the hotel to catch a flight before they served their breakfast. Loved that it has free parking and is less than 5 minutes from the rental car center at SFO. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is right in the flight path of SFO's runways, so bring your earplugs if you are noise sensative. There is no need to fault the hotel because of the airplane noise.

Wonderful little hotel, great to stay at for an early departure from SFO. Free shuttle leaving just after 4am PT and is driving directly to the airport. Wonderful, helpful staff. The two young men in the evening and again in the morning were so kind and warm. Coffee, tea and lemonade available in the lobby We got a breakfast brown-bag with yogurt, an apple and candy bar for the way. Much appreciated to take along, to start a long trip.

It was kinda strange that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. If you are sensitive to sound, at night, the fridge in the room could be annoying.

On our arrival, we were very tired from a long day of travel with two under two and were pretty underwhelmed. The shuttle bus driver was pretty upset that we didn’t have any dollars but ended up accepting some UK cash. However, the next day (after some sleep!) we had a nice breakfast, EXCELLENT coffee and were so well looked after that we realised our initial impression was likely influenced by how we had been feeling! The staff were friendly & helpful and you are able to hang out at the hotel after checkout if your flight isn’t until later. They were so kind when it looked like the shuttle bus may not have been running and assured us they would get us to the airport for our flight. As it was we got the shuttle fine. It was very conveniently located for the airport.

The location was not particularly nice to walk around though we did find a corner shop.

The location is just 5-7 mins drive from Airport and was very convenient. I had picked up a car from Airport Car Rental and the property had great parking facility. They helped me even with early check-in that is truly appreciated. The room was large and very comfortable. Overall a great experience.

The breakfast was good but could have few more options such as cut fruits, pan cakes etc. The price I paid was same as I paid for a Hilton property in Napa Valley and Marriott property in another location. So I felt that the price was a bit on the high side.

Near the ariport. Front desk staff are great and helpful. Decent room and clean common areas. Has a to and from SFO shuttle. Good price for the stay.

Wished they had other personal hygiene products that other hotel offers (ie toothbrush and toothpaste). Shower head pressure is kinda weak. Need more varieties for breakfast. Restaurants/Fast food, Grocery Stores and public transportation are kinda hard to go to when you dont have a car (or rental car).

I arrived earlier than expected, and the young lady behind the counter apologized because the room was not ready. I was asking nicely to have a seat, and as soon as the room was ready, I was allowed to use the room. Next time I stay at the Atrium Hotel, I will not check in until the check-in time. The young lady cleaning the room was friendly and did a great job cleaning the room. The breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of choices .

The lack of time i had to enjoy your facilities, which is not your fault. My wife and I are always rushing to visit family in San Francisco and surrounding areas, which makes our stay at a little hectic .

convenience to freeway and El Camino Real. had a lot of restaurants and shopping area. Your desk staff was very friendly and really helpful. Questions were answered with no problems. Informed us of different restaurants and rental cars available in the area.

Breakfast could be better, example more variety of fruit, offered only one type of fruit which was three bowls of only apples. We were there for three days for breakfast and everything was the same. Everyday was the same menu. need to change up your breakfast menu for variety of breakfast food. Did not like the noise of the airplanes flying so low by the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip but what a great find! Close to the airport and for my local road trip needs, thus avoiding downtown SF. Rooms are big and complete with TV, refrigerator and microwave. Bathrooms are likewise large (for a hotel). A big plus is that they also have FREE on-site parking which is rare around this area. I've met 3 of the front desk staff and each one of them are super nice, friendly and exceptionally helpful and polite. The same goes for the shuttle drivers who work extra hard for their well deserved tips with their sage advice and tips. Very impressed with all the staff and services of the hotel. I definitely recommend the Atrium SFO and I'll be back again in a couple of weeks for a night before flying back home.

There aren't many stores or restaurants near by which was a shame but there are plenty of food delivery options via Uber.

I drove my own vehicle and was a little concerned about its security during my stay, particular to the broader SFO region, not the specific neighbourhood of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, seeking to ease my worries and explaining how the 24 hour front desk keeps a watch on things. My vehicle is oversized but was able to fit into their hotel lot, under the front desk's watchful eye, and I had no issues. The room and hotel itself were very good, clean and modern, everything one should expect.
