Location close to airport and other areas for shopping, laundry, groceries, fast food and breakfast

The room had a mustiness kind of like the smell in a basement , however I placed baking soda containers around and used disinfectants which made it better

Clean bed and linens. Great value for what you are getting.

The room 307 was not getting any sunshine at all.It was located right next to the garbage disposal. No microwave inside my room, I had to walk to a room next to the lobby to use the microwave.

-Pretty straightforward check-in process. -The fact that there is no damage deposit held, something that usually takes days to get back

-Someone pretending to be a security guard was wandering around in an unmarked vehicle, askingpeopleif they were guests at the property. -Scrambled eggs included in the breakfast options could be cooked a little longer. -No daily housekeeping for those with a short stay. It only happens every 3 days, according to the front desk.

The location is excellent it was very convenient for me to ride the BART to the mission district., McDonald's Safeway Walgreens US Bank all are within walking distance and much much more in between.

It appears to be some sort of a transition motel so they have people that have lived there a while that feel entitled and are quite bossy to the paying guests. Example.... I am a smoker, I am a very considerate smoker I move away from buildings and people I was standing well in the middle of the parking lot and an old entitled lady started yelling at me telling me I needed to be 30 ft away from the building. Reality is it's 10 ft and I was probably 20. Other than that there wasn't a whole lot I didn't like did wake up to a homeless guy sleeping in the smoking area but that's not the motels fault that's gruesome newsom's fault 🤷

Lots to like. Great value for money. Big room with huge and extremely comfortable bed. Very clean. Very quiet and dark at night despite location. Refillable toiletries which are great for me and the environment. Breakfast was varied and filling. Super bedside lamps which integrated charging points. I loved the room. It reminded me of a hug from my nana. Comforting, safe, colourful and familiar but not modern or flashy or trendy. A bit worn round the edges and of a bygone era.

Hated the disposable cutlery and crockery at breakfast. Lady on reception when we checked in (at 2am) was probably tired but could have been more welcoming. TV remote chose not to operate the volume which was loud! Huge bedroom but squished toilet/bathroom. Not big issues. I would stay again!

The Breakfast is great! It's a real breakfast with bacon, sausage, potatoes and eggs. They also have fruit, yogurt and bread. The breakfast staff is really nice too. It is so nice to stay somewhere and not have to think about breakfast. The beds are comfortable, not too soft or hard. The prices are reasonable and if you become a rewards member you can book from the rewards site for a bit less with the member rate. I also love the vintage look of the property! Please never remodel. There is a Trader joes within walking distance, which is helpful. Brothers cafe and Millbrae kebabs are both walking distance and really good. The area feels safe also. The room had a fridge which was nice, but no microwave in room.

Although they have some suites with microwaves, most of the rooms do not have a microwave. There is one near the lobby to use so its a little inconvenient but it wasn't too bad. We managed.

Good option if travelling via San Francisco airport. We arrived early, could leave our bags and the receptionist was very helpful in giving us recommendations how to get into town and what to see. Great location close to both public transport to town and the airport. Beds were comfortable and room-size generous. Breakfast options available also before 6.30 am, you can get a snack bag at the reception. It's not an oasis of peace and quiet but we also did not expect that so close to an airport.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and ventilated better - towels did not dry over night. Unfortunately our night's rest was disturbed by some drunk guests who mistook our room for theirs. Hope this does not occur frequently.

Everything was just as described. My room was clean and comfortable and, most importantly, quiet. One of the reasons I booked was the free breakfast, and it exceeded my expectations. There’s a great variety of food and excellent coffee. All staff were kind and helpful.

Despite being very close to the airport, no shuttle service is available. An Uber or taxi costs approximately $30 USD. The bus is much cheaper, but takes time. Between the bus and the walk, it took me almost an hour to get to the hotel. Be prepared to pay for a ride if you don’t have the time or comfort to take transit and walk 20 minutes.

Location was/is perfect. Close to SFO. Easy access to San Francisco and the Peninsula. The staff is exceptional. The breakfast was good. The room itself felt clean and was comfortable

The buildings are in need of repair. And they are repairing it. The plumbing us old (slow to drain toilet) The shower stall had mold stains. You can see where they have been scrubbing and bleaching. But sometimes you just cant get the stains out. Otherwise, everything was spotless.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a high quality bed and pillows. The continental breakfast is really fantastic- in both variety and quality it's probably the best hotel breakfast I've had outside of a fancy resort. The location is also very convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Had a little bit of trouble with the shower in my room; the water pressure was a bit low (makes things difficult when you have as much hair as I do), and there seemed to be a lock on the temperature settings so I couldn't get the water as warm as I would have liked.
