It was right next to the airport with a regular shuttle so I could easily make it to my flight.

The lady at the reception was exceptionally rude. Don’t know her name but she was there at the time of check-in in the morning. All her responses were snarky as if she didn’t want to speak to me. All I asked was how I could connect to the wifi, and whether I could get an email receipt. Seriously ruined the check in experience and subsequent stay at the hotel.

We felt safe, soooo close to the airport and free shuttle (3:30 am!), The restaurant food was great, staff was awesome, pool area was great! We wrapped up our family vacation by staying the last 2 nights here. You do NOT hear the airport traffic. Stayed in the executive suite, very nice and relaxing!

Parking $48 per day - yikes…..It ‘comes with the territory,’ prices at the restaurant and the hotel are high, but they had everything we needed and it was worth it. Thank you staff!

Free shuttle to the airport was great - I honestly did not realize they had one until I googled it. I was just there for one night on a layover at SFO after a 14 hour flight from Asia. Great place to crash. Pricey, but that's San Francisco for you. Shuttle to and from is prompt and timely. It is the one shared with Aloft and clearly marked in case you need to know which one. Also, there is a nice little park across the street with a view of the airport if you're into planespotting.

VERY fast and easy check in was appreciated! Clean room and extremely comfortable bed made our stay. Free airport shuttle was helpful. Looks like it gets full on busy times so plan ahead to go early. Nice restaurant.

Shuttle doesn't have enough room for family's snowboard bags. The driver was extremely kind, and explained that the other shuttle does have room...but that would have made us wait longer when the family is tired after traveling... we made a different plan.

Ease of access to the airport, nice rooms. Starbucks downstairs was convenient. Clean, comfortable.

Confusing shuttle service, we ended up paying for a taxi because we thought they ended for the evening. A more clear automated message on their phone would help. Close to the airport, but a bit dated, making it hard to justify the cost. Restaurant downstairs is insanely expensive, $50ish per person just for a breakfast buffet.

I stayed at the Westin as a layover at SFO before catching my flight the next day. A very nice spacious room with good facilities for a comfortable stay with a good comfortable bed and aircon. The Breakfast buffet onsite was very nice and plentiful with more coffee always on offer by staff, but the Breakfast is maybe a little pricey for some people. Staff are very nice and very approachable if you have any queries. The Hotel Stuttle Buses between the Hotel and the airport terminals at SFO are very good and very much appreciated. For this Hotel look for the Bus covering The Aloft and Westin hotels at the shuttle bus pick up point outside the airport terminal.

Not much to dislike, Just a good straight forward comfortable Hotel to stay at the airport, before catching an onward flight.

Location is really close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Also, room was geberally nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated. Just a slight change in the color of the walls and/or flooring would do so much (!) as the furnirure is still very nice. These carpets gave us a nightmare. The two of us had to take our 5 big suitcases to the end of the long hallway to get to our room. That was way harder than it should be. Also, in the description of the hotel they said 24 hour room service is available but that is not exactly true. We arrived pretty late so we were condemned to Uber Eats. If you don’t arrive hungry and tired after midnight and you don’t have loads of suitcases then hotel is a perfect choice.

Location, watching the planes take off and land.

Guest services ignored several phone calls, and made several messages through booking.com chat to notify them one of the guests were arriving late and needed a key as we were at the pier in san Francisco and couldnt make it back in time. Front desk refused to help him, and didnt take any of the 20 calls i made to notify them, resulting in this guest waiting hours until we got back outside the hotel.

It was for an overnight stay to catch our next flight the following day. I usually like to go to cheaper hotels BUT I finally figured out that cheaper hotels don’t have the convenience of an airport shuttle. And after you add the taxi fare both ways, you might as well get the good hotels and enjoy it! The Westin Is a very good property that provides great service and relaxing accommodations and ambiance. Shuttle to the airport is on time.

Good value as we needed an overnight stay close to the airport after a late arrival from overseas before continuing our journey on the next day. Shuttle from the airport and team were great room was great as well with high levels of comfort.

Limited ability to get things as there is no shops in close vicinity. I would still keep it as an option if I need it as an overnight stay at the airport. Didn't have the same standard that I had stayed in Westins in the UAE, so I was disappointed.
