Super convenient 24/7 shuttle from/to Airport, truly ACCESSIBLE ROOM location (I'm disabled international business woman), kind/helpful staff throughout, EXCELLENT on-site hotel restaurant & bar with extended hours (And $26+ breakfast buffet was amazing- best I've encountered in years!). Room and food not inexpensive, but I felt good value for money spent- yes it's a bit older with redone traditional decor, no super frills- but everything functioned and was COMFORTABLE. I will definitely book this hotel again for all my SFO layover connections.

No complaints for my unique and strict business travel requirements.

I liked the customer service. The fact that they had given up all the king suites, which is what i had booked, but made up for it by giving me the Presidential suite, was AMAZING!! Talk about making your guest happy. I was very grateful.

For being a Presidential Suite, you'd think they would have a mini bar, bottle of champagne or wine, but other than that, everything was beyond excellent!

It was close to the Airport which was what we needed before we were to fly out. This was also the first Hilton that served food cheaper for the kids. They also gave us cookies and they chased us down so my kids could pick out a little toy.

The only downfall was a couple things. First traveling with kids I wish there was a pool. Second was the construction happening around the hotel. I feel there should of been a warning.

It was in a good location and had great views outside.

The rooms were a bit outdated for the price and location. Also because how the close proximity to freeways and the airport, the room could use an air purifier to reduce the amount of dust on the headboards and vanity desk.

friendly and efficient staff - chcking in and dining services were all handled with care and efficiency. Great facility, clean and comfortable. The room was looking out onto a soccer field and Top Golf, so it was a little interesting to watch ppl play outside.

Body cream was fixed to the wall and pump action broken. Breakfast was included but person allocating tables did not have a record of it so I was lead over to her table where she had to phone reception.

The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing,also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out

Everything was amazing the only thing i regret was not staying longer

I liked that this hotel had a shuttle than ran far later into the night than the other airport hotels. This was important given my very delayed flight.

The hotel felt a little outdated and the breakfast could have been better.

Very close to Burlingame which is a good place to visit to spend some extra time between flights. There is a nice boardwalk with easy access from the hotel which has a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area. The dining room serves a simple but acceptable evening meal.
