I liked the breakfast options.

I didn't like that when I was at the airport I called more than 4 times, each time it kept cycling through the automated system. No one was answering at the property. I didn't know when the shuttle schedule was for pickup, which I missed one of the pickups, then the driver needed to fill up with gas and asked me to wait (I was at the airport for an hour). Please work on posting the schedule in the phone automated system or post it on your Google location as a picture or somewhere at the pickup location.

Everything was very nice. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They was spacious and had a microwave & frig along with a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. It was ok. There were waffles, cereals, bagels, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. There was a nice assortment. The staff were all very friendly and I had no issues whatsoever.

My only compliant was that the bath towels could be a little bigger, but that really was it. Also, there little pantry were you can buy things could have a little more variety. Being there isn't anything within walking distance to go buy a few groceries, I think the picken's were slim in the pantry. But they were not overpriced and I was able to get a cup of noodle ramen soup and that was fine.

I liked that I could leave my car at hotel While I went on vacation. I didn’t want to leave at the airport they charges way too much. The hotel charge me $100 for seven days that was awesome. They have a shuttle that picked you up and take you to the airport and bring you back. The place is really nice and clean I would stay there again. The staff is really nice she’s very helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant. Room very comfortable. Great location with shuttle to the airport.

AC struggled a little to keep the room cool. Also jet noise from airport but, hey, the close proximity to the airport was also one of the positives.

Proximity to the water and a seafood restaurant. Proper complimentary breakfast (though I don’t eat breakfast). Infrequent shuttle made up for by the suggestion to go across the street to the Marriott.

No self-serve wine or beer/soft drinks machine in lobby.

Nice room, quiet a/c, convenient location

It was not made clear when I booked that the shuttle to SFO only runs for a few hours in the morning and the evening. Since my arrival was midday, I took a cab…if it had been stated that the shuttle had specific hours, then d have booked somewhere else

room was comfortable and spacious. the front desk staff (several different persons) were very helpful in solving problems. It was very convenient to have an in-house laundry available for our use!

Shuttle could have been more frequent. And the condition of the transport was sort of sad.

The breakfast was OK and the room was very comfortable. Before leaving I meant to put ice in a small cooler we had. On our way home, we stopped at Hampton Inn, Lathrop, CA. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could put ice in my cooler. She said yes.

There was a building under construction on our side of the hotel. Workers started work at 7:00 AM. Noisy!! Not Hampton's fault.

The bellman was super efficient and sweet. Plus the fact that they've employed one. The staff also had a kind of secret taxi driver who seemed to prioritize the property. Snacks for purchase and microwave appreciated. Windows that open - yay! Breakfast options highly processed but real food could be found.

Refrigerator was super loud. The air handler made a whistling noise that I initially thought was a car alarm. Room directly overlooked a demolition site which was not exactly the quiet location I requested.

It was a good value, comfortable, Walkable to view and nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also free parking, Other nice restrunts closeby
