Wow! Set in the perfect location. There was a guest laundry. Loved the fireplace outside, a pool, putting golf green . I saw the hotel was Pet friendly, I will bring my fur babies next time. Inexpensive. The beds where so comfortable. I didn't even hear the upstairs at all. Beautiful area nice walk around the bay. Plenty of space.

I asked the front desk for a business receipt, which they couldn't provide. I asked twice, they stated because I paid a different price through booking.com, they couldn't provide the receipt.? And I was also told that housekeeping could not vacuum or exchange towels. So I didn't appreciate having to go to the front desk for toilet paper, towels, and trash bags, or having to take our own trash to the dumpster outside. Powdered eggs, soy bacon,

Location! Beautiful! Had a bay view room. Nice facilities. Pool, outdoor activities and gym were nice. Breakfast was good!

When asking for new towels they would hand them to you in lobby and tell you to put dirty ones outside door. When leaving for the day you don't want to have to run back upstairs to put your towels in your room. Seems they could have done it when they remove the ones outside your door? This is also how they removed trash. You had to leave it outside your door. Had to ask for refills on toilet paper.

Very good location, pretty quiet area. Comfortable room with two bedrooms, very clean. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Good quality shampoo, shower soap and conditioner. Nice and good enough equipped fitness room.

Receptionists were below standard of the hotel. Not bad but not too much supportive. Moreover, if you like healthy food you won't find any at breakfast except fruits.

The location was great! The breakfast was great! The room was very clean and beds very comfortable!

The hallway had dog poop stains and elevators Had dog urine. Other customers put their trash in hallway . Some of the front desk employees where great with a smiling face..,, others need to work on their customer service skills . Maybe guest need to be informed about where to put their garbage.

The greeting on arrival was fantastic. John was friendly and engaging and interested in us. We felt welcomed and valued. And to top things off, our room was ready a couple of hours before time and John went out of his way to check that this was possible. I also loved that the original baths had been maintained in a bath over show arrangement. This make the room feel very relaxed and comfortable. And last but not least was the free shuttle to the airport. This was so helpful.

In general I liked everything. The only small issue was a musty smell in one of the bedrooms but this was not a bit issue. The bedding was so clean and comfortable.

The check-in process was easy and fast. The suite was large, modern, comfortable, and clean. The included breakfast had nice options, with adequate seating for the guests.

The couch pull-out bed was lacking pillows and sheets, although there was a blanket for it in the closet. We had to call guest services to bring the additional items.

The staff was amazing, very helpful with information.. get a room with a view... worth it.. very quiet on a weekend.. not sure how it is during the week days.. mostly medical building (I think) barely any traffic in this particular area. Can walk around the water and felt very safe in this area..

Only thing would be .. they have a shuttle to the airport but doesn't start till 5 a.m. so if you have a super early flight you have to drive or urber.. but only about 10 min away...

No housekeeping in my room my 3 days there not housekeeping my room it was dirty because they never went to clean it even that l do the request it in the front desk they never went to clean the room.

Cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Bayview was really nice.

Neighbors had several people over for small gathering and was a bit loud, but they were courteous enough to make sure everyone left by midnight.

The location was a bit far from downtown but we managed to find ways on forgetting about it . The location was amazing, along with the swimming pool
