Staff was great...witnessed a rude customer yelling at the housekeepers to open a room door but the housekeepers stood their ground as this customer whom was already checked out at 11 was insisting they unlock the room door were confused so the rude lady stormed off...I told the housekeepers they were right she's loco! Lady go to the front desk and get help there. Over here yelling at the housekeepers when they have a policy to follow. People dont forget housekeepers aren't your perso al slave! Give them a tip here and there . But mostly don't be rude to them!

The convience off the freeway 101. Cleaning staff,housekeepers, maintence were helpful.

The lady at the front desk. She gives off bad vibes comes off mean to customers. Communication needs to be addressed. I used to refer my SAP clients to this location but that was years ago, when customer service looked professional now I wouldn't recommend!

Nice place for the price

Lack of parking do to commercial/ construction vehicles and trailers taking up multiple (prime parking spaces). They sit on same parking spaces for days on end. Forcing people with cars to walk a long distance to room if you show up after 10:00pm. People smoke while standing next to building.

The only problem I had was that the washing machine was broken and was not accepting coins as you deposited them. But managed was able to use another machine. The dryer works. The great laundry room was clean

The ATM machine was out of order for a few days it's the only one in the lobby.

I really like the room that I got. I was upgraded to a studio since it was reported that the room that I booked has a leaky faucet. It was nice that I got a nice studio unit on the ground floor.. I wish I stayed for at least a couple of days I really don't mind living there on a monthly basis if I can afford it

The only thing I didn't like is that I can smell it when the next door guest was cooking..

Great Value, convenience for Bay Area vacation, quiet, and clean.

The Wi-Fi of the property is completely inadequate, which would be acceptable if there were good cell towers for my iPhone 13. But, the motel is located in a dead zone for cell tower reception. The motel cannot fix the cell towers but it could boost the Wi-Fi power.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Room was clean and housekeeping came in each day and took care of the bathroom and changed the towels. Good location, right off the freeway and convenient for getting to the airport. Plenty of parking. Nothing fancy, but an excellent value. We would stay again.

The beds were not the best and seemed a bit worn. Bath towels were on the small side. The bathtub tap dripped and definitely should be fixed.

4th floor the weather and the surroundings.. the room is very pleasant the big wide open windows and being off the ground floor the 4th floor is excellent not having anybody above me
