Our sea view room was heavenly!

The layout of the hotel is reminiscent of 1960s Bond baddy evil lair. The decor is dated and for some reason the carpets were wet.

Nice location, big comfortable room, hotel has a small pool.

I think it was a bit more expensive than it should have been. It could be more refurbished.

Lovely location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Parking is free.

I called ahead to request an ocean view room and agreed to pay extra. When we got there we were told that we couldn’t have one because other guests had extended their stays from the Thanksgiving weekend and they had the priority over our booking. I thought this a bit odd and felt that they should’ve needed to change their room.

The ocean view is perfect! It’s a really nice hotel! I loved that it’s connected to the Moonraker restaurant! The restaurant is amazing. The views are incredible.

I don’t like that they don’t have full size pillows on the beds. There are multiple small like couch pillows on the bed. They are soft but would love a real pillow.

Great view. The receptionist gave me two vouchers for free sparkling wine with the purchase of an entree at the hotel restaurant that has a great ocean view and piano music several times a week.

No microwave in room. There's a microwave in the hallway by the elevator.

I like the location of the hotel.

The room smelled very musty. Like wet towels and mens cologne.

I loved the location of the property. We had a room with a tiny balcony, court view. The room was exceptionally clean and inviting. We will return.

I was taken back a bit when we ordered a birthday dessert for me from Room Service and was told it would would be a $25.00 delivery fee on top of the !5.00 for the chocolate mousse ( ONLY ONE LITTLE ITEM ) my husband went down the elevator one floor to the Moonraker Restaurant and bring it to the room ( service ). The desk staff was extremely pleasant and the property was clean and comfortable. We will return; however, I refuse to visit the Moonraker Restaurant or order room service as there is no service to the room.

Once inside the building, everything was nice. Room was clean, updated, quiet. Staff was nice and I felt safe except for the garage area. Would probably not stay there again as cost was fairly high for a one night accommodation from 7 pm to 6 am..

The hotel was hard to find and needed better/larger signs directing to the lobby from the outside. Underground parking was scary looking and unsafe, but ended up being fine. No hair dryer or microwave in the room and balcony door was unlocked when we arrived.

Unfriendly staff, very blunt at check in. Went and asked for more towels at front desk with my family of four and was only given one towel, when I asked for more the lady rolled her eyes at me and said you took all my towels. This is a hotel shouldn’t the front desk have access to these for guests when needed without making it seem like an inconvenience for the lady working the counter. Also the lamp in the room between the beds was not working let the receptionist know about the issue but they wanted to come into our room when we where gone and I was not ok with that. My recommendation would be to make sure that items are functioning properly before renting rooms out. Hope this gets fixed before the next guest check in.

Location is great, quiet and peaceful, with various beach oriented activities, many trails to hike, perfect for nature lovers. Local restaurants available, and shops a short drive away. It is close to San Fco. but just out of the hectic city life. Hotel staff is nice and attentive. Hotel room was clean, providing the standard amenities and comfort.

The WiFi needs some improvement.
