I am a musician and was in town to play a show. The room was fine for my purposes. The building is older, but things were clean and the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious enough to store my equipment. The fridge and microwave were useful touches. There was a full length mirror so that I could check my outfit before I left for the show. I bring ear plugs when I travel, and this hotel is near a highway (as many are) but there were no other noises or disturbances, and I slept very well here. It felt safe. I use a hotspot on my phone for WiFi, so I didn't use the WiFi at the hotel, though it was available. I was happy to see two USB outlets built into the microwave, as I forgot to bring my own charger, so I could keep my phone powered. You can pay more and get closer to Rockaway and the fancier eateries, but this was ideal for someone traveling on a budget. It was fine; I've stayed in hotels with more modern amenities, but truly I had everything I needed here for a good night's sleep. Food and groceries are just a short ride away. I had a breakfast sandwich and a good cup of coffee at the Perfect Pour Cafe, which is walkable.

No real complaints! The lamps in my room were a little worse for the wear and could stand to be replaced, but everything was functional.

The on-site management increases a sense of safety. It just so happened that there were 2 guest-related incidences that occurred during my stay, and the manager quickly and efficiently took care of both incidences. He was polite and informative, and graciously welcomed my bringing these 2 occurrences to his attention.

Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants, & Fog Fest. The windows opened so was able to have fresh air, my rooms view over looked ocean, grounds clean, easy check in / out. Coffee, tea, & juices from 7 to 10.

No breakfast, but that's ok. I love that this hotel is within walking distance to the Pacifica Pier, so that I can watch the sunset.

Walking distance to the beach, hotel was very well kept, and clean. Location is not too far from daly city and San Francisco. Area was very pleasant and not busy was very nice to come back to this quiet tranquil hotel.

Shampoo and conditioner that were provided weren't too great I would bring my own to use in the future

There was no breakfast, but that's ok. I prefer to go out and about to discover new places to eat. This hotel is within walking distance to my niece's house, the Pacifica Pier, and all the lovely little downtown shops.

Staff is really nice and check in was smooth. They always tried to meet every request I had. Wifi is good as well and the location can't be beat. Will definitely come back again.

I love the location of this hotel; shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I also have family who live nearby, so I am able to walk to their house from this hotel as well!

Staff is nice, he helped us for printing, thanks a lot. All are good, only the location is a bit far away from downtown, it will take around half-hour to city by uber, but for me, it's fine. Anyway, it was nice.

The sound insulation is not very good, I could always hear somebody talking.
