Will the first night was so bad. The room was to far no internet connection the room was to cold the heater was not working so we ask the front desk if we can changed room which they did. And the room they put us was really great. The hotel just need renovation it is kind of old. But our stay turn good. The ocean view was spectacular.

Location very close to the beach easy access to the beach within walking distance to the beach. Coffee at the front desk available 24 seven enclosed heated pool with excellent view of the beach. Partial view of the beach from my room was very enjoyable as well as the balcony. The Jacuzzi inside the room was so fun.

Room 111 the microwave does not heat the food draining the Jacuzzi was a bit of a challenge, but we eventually were able to do that. The room is close to the restaurant so in the evening at 8 PM there was noise due to some carpet cleaning truck, but the man turned off to his machine that he wasn’t using as soon as my husband went over there to talk to him.

Love the ocean views. Love coffee and hot cocoa and danish for breakfast. Love the jacuzzi in the room. Love how friendly the staff was. Love how clean the facility is. Love the covered parking. Love the location! Love the value!

Last night of our stay the fire alarm kept going off. Couldn’t sleep all night because of this. Front desk said it was a glitch. Not sure if the this is a regular thing. Was our first time to the hotel. A little disappointed because of the strict quiet policy time, but yet a fire alarm was going off. The curtains could be updated too. The lights outside are nice to see in the dark but it also shines into the rooms so it’s not too dark in the rooms and hard to fall asleep if u like all lights out. Could use some furniture out in the patios and balcony areas. Some rooms had furniture outside, but ours didn’t.

Nestled in the sleepy town of Pacifica, WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS LOCATION!!! I toiled with looking for something near downtown San Francisco. This locale was less than a 15min drive to fisherman's wharf/Golden Gate Bridge, Our experience started at check in with Lorenzo at the front desk. He was kind and easy to talk to; giving us great recommendations for places in the area. We received the room we pre-paid for. The room was advertised with partial ocean view but we had a full ocean view on our private balcony. The bed was so comfortable. The giant deep whirlpool bathtub was amazing. Parking was good and plenty of spaces that were covered. The Taco Bell Cantina is on the beach across the road (about 1/2 mile away). I really liked that all you have to do is hang a door hanger on the knob to get your room serviced when you are out but make sure it is on the door by 9 or 10am. they are really good about replacing fresh towels. I would for sure stay here again! It was a great Romantic location to just get away.

So these are not necessarily bad things but at this time there is construction going on as they are updating the facility, which is a good thing. They do keep the noise to a minimum until 8am. There was an issue with the outlets on the wall next to the bed but it was explained that the switch on the wall by the door that affects the outlets. We were also lucky that it was not too cold but the comforters for the bed were not a thick as I had expected for our location and the cold climate. though I did not need to ask, I'm positive they would have provided more blankets.

I loved the very comfortable bed, the Jacuzzi was excellent, the restaurant was delicious, and the views were breathtaking. Close to local bars too! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We came for Superbowl Sunday and wanted to relax and watch the game before hitting local spots later but we couldn't get the game on our TV so had to go out earlier than expected. That was just a small inconvenience, otherwise everything was great.

We have stayed here several times, we love the location of the hotel being right across from the beach. The rooms are nice and a bonus having a jacuzzi in your room. The staff is excellent!! We have met many staff members and have had a pleasant interaction with all of them. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I honestly couldn’t tell you anything that I did not like about the property. It’s a great hotel

I love the view. The staff was great. I think once they finish the upgrades it’s gonna be amazing. It was nice that they had a restaurant right on site. I just wish it would’ve had more of a variety but other than that it was great

I think the upgrades are going to make a difference and I would suggest that they make their own brand of bubble bath seeing that the rooms have those luxury big tubs. It would be good for it to come with some bubble bath.

The view from the balcony was fantastic, also the proximity to the beach, one of our party went for a walk along the beach.

The receptionists were not too friendly, the new girl did not respond when I said we were checking in. An acknowledgement would be better. Also they did not tell us that we had to walk up a steep hill to get to our room. It would have been better if they told us to take our car. We were all easily identifiable as seniors. The check out in the morning was grumpy.

The room was newly remodeled. All up to date amenities. Super awesome view from the spacious deck outside of our room. The staff was extremely helpful as well.

I’m not sure what time it was but it was pretty late/early morning. There was a lot of noise coming from the guest two doors away from us. Sounded like a party was right outside my door. Luckily there was good movies on that we took advantage of watching; volume higher then usual but no complaints so it was a win win.

Great location and front desk was very nice..got lucky and got to see hundreds of whales going past and the surfers are there every morning..

Getting a little rundown but it’s old and they seem to be fixing it up..you do have to cross street to get to beach so have to be careful with children..
