Good place and clean hotel with cozy atmosphere. But the final room charge was much higher than I expected as I saw on the booking confirmation. I requested early check in and it was accepted with email confirmation which clearly said no extra charge. But I got the charge at the front desk and even if I showed the confirmation email, the front desk guy just said it’s bookin.com issue and the hotel doesn’t communicate. The charge was not huge but I didn’t feel happy about the inaccuracy and miscommunication. Booking confirmation should be more accurately estimate the final charge. I ended up paying $370 which was much higher than $270 estimated on the booking confirmation. Other than confusing prices I enjoyed staying there

the staff here is very friendly to provide me any service I asked for, such as call taxi... The hotel is modern and clean,very near from the international airport. I will be glad to choose the hotel again for next trip.

I had a great night's sleep! I know that some have mentioned that it is near to the airport, but to be honest, I slept soundly. I was on the 2nd floor. On Friday evening, I think there was also a live show in the lobby (and I heard no sound from my room unless I went to the lobby). There were quite a few airline crews staying at the hotel, which I thought must support the statement about getting a good night's rest (since they work long hours). I loved how spacious the room was, the ability to make tea and the desk from which I could work, lots of outlets throughout the room to plug in both a phone and laptop, and the free shuttle (running every 15 minutes) to and from the airport. Oh, I also ordered food via Doordash one evening, and that worked out perfectly for me (I have a favourite place in Palo Alto I order from)

I have no real complaints.

The location and free shuttle is very convenient. The room is very big (the hotel gave me an accessibility room). They have an ice machine available on each floor. The room is quiet despite the location.

The restuarant is more like a bar- very limited menu on food -> wings, taco, and salad. This is quite disappointing for me. Front desk told me that I can walk to Westin hotel for full service restuarant. But it rained all night so i could not walk there. The hotel has varieties of chips, cup noodles for guests to pay at front desk. The lighting in the room is either light or dark in the entire room area.

The location was perfect. Close to the airport so it was very convenient to get back to the airport for our early flight. We've stayed at Aloft Hotels in the past and feel we can always count on their cleanliness which is one of the main reasons we chose it. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. Overall our one night stay was great but just a few small things for the hotel to consider to make it even better.

The front desk agent was very professional. She asked if we wanted to be close to the elevator, a lower or higher floor etc which we thought was a great touch...we advised a higher floor was fine and not too close to the elevator so she gives us the top floor and a room that was about a mile walk from the elevator. It was kind of comical. I realize Aloft is all about minimal but at least one towel rack in the bathroom would have been nice! It was strange that there weren't any! There was also nowhere to set anything in the shower but the floor. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash on containers on the wall which was great but I still needed somewhere to set face wash, soap I usually travel with etc....a small shelf would have been great.

It's a nice modern setting about a mile away from the airport. You put our bags in our room which was very spacious and the bed is super comfortable with blackout curtains and all. The WXYZ bar has some good appetizers and drinks and the bartender has a heavy hand so thank you. For dinner we hopped over to the Westin where they have a nice grill restaurant there and both of the hotels are combined so you can still put it on your room if you need to.There's also a shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes which was perfect for us going to the airport which took 10 minutes. All in all, everything was great, clean and the staff was very kind. One thing to be mindful of is that parking is $48 per night.

The meal choices were lovely and quirky. Many thanks for the pastries. The brownie was the best I have had ever and anywhere. Rich and chocolates. Not overly sweet. Great texture. My breakfast burrito was outstanding. My room was large, airy and comfortable. I enjoyed being able to do my physio exercises in the pool, and walking along the waterway in the morning. An unexpected feeling of being on holiday, rather than resting before a long international flight. Thank you so much.

Many of the desk staff appeared to be quite new to the job. They were all pleasant, but a bit unsure. Only once was a mentor working with them to show them the ropes. A minor quibble.

The hotel has a shuttle service that runs everyday till late. It is very beautiful and clean, the bathroom was very big and they have a bar that also offers some food options and cool drinks, very convenient. It is very close to the airport, very cozy and modern. They even have a small fitness and pool for the guests. Staff was ok, the lady that served us at the bar was very friendly, the staff at the reception were there and did their job but that was it, no smiles, no friendly approach to the guests. We would stay there again when in SF.

The hotel was very close to the airport, they provide a free shuttle from and to every 15 mins which is very convenient. The room was decent sized, especially if you are traveling on your own. They have some limited food options and convenient stores in the lobby. Lobby was bright and comfy. The gym is clean and has good equipments, a plus for me.

My view was directly onto the parking lot and the only window curtains they have cover the entire window so you can't really see outside. After 24 hours of traveling, it's not the best view.

First time here and this place really rocks! So modern and professional. Staffs were friendly and hospitable. Room was spacious and nicely furnished with king bed and all the toilet amenities. Facilities provided (pool and gym) were great for some relaxing. The bar area came with wide spread of stuff to be purchased freely at anytime. The lobby lounge area was super chill, even with great live music! The free shuttle bus service to/from airport was essential and nice thought out. In short, I had a fantastic stay!

If I must scrutinize, I would suggest to provide clear signs and recommendations to nearby restaurants, BART station, etc. or even free shuttle service to the BART Millbreu station.
