Front desk staff is friendly. Room is good size, very clean; the king bed is comfy; bathroom is clean too. It is built with good insulation without much noise from neighboring or upstairs guests. Include gym and pool. Cleaning staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast included, with good selections of food, such as scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages; waffles, bagels, breads; fresh fruits, juices, coffee, milk, and yogurt, etc.

Some part of the hotel is under repair/ renovation, so, for example, the pool is not available during our stay.

Well, we had to book this on the fly, didn’t have a lot of choices in the area, but we figured this would be good enough for one night, did not know they were doing renovations on the property which shocked me when we came in, but we needed a room for the night

Well, I wanted to take a bath and fill up the bathtub so I could soak a little bit, but the drain stopper was leaking and never got enough water in the tub to soak my weary body from the long trip

The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel, and we've been to a lot of hotels! Top notch in every conceivable category of evaluation for breakfasts!

Two things. First, the bathroom fan in our room (210) was just a noisemaker. It was not a fan, and did absolutely nothing toward exhausting anything from the bathroom. Second, there was the ever-present, strong, scent of marijuana on our floor and in the elevator. It's a no-smoking facility, so how the staff did not catch this is beyond explanation. Very poor.

The staff at this hotel was professional and courteous, and the room met our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to the areas we wanted to explore.

Some construction happened during the stay, which wasn't mentioned when booking. This resulted in noise throughout the day and some amenities, were temporarily unavailable.

The location was convenient to the major freeway. It was a great location to food options. It was safe and well lit at night. Our room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. I enjoy the products they had in the shower: body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel honored my request for rooms near each other. A full breakfast was provided. Hot and cold items, and the staff present was very attentive. The rooms were up to date, and comfortable. The heater worked fine and the workout room was adequate.

The room coffee wasn't strong enough. The pool is outdoor and not heated.

We often stay here when we get a chance. It is a convenient location.

Lighting can be a bit better. We had a corner room and the lights were a bit dark.

Araceli who was tending to a Breakfast shift did not shy away from helping to make sure the wet spot on the floor from the elevator by the front desk was dried up before walking away. I recruited her assistance to help make sure the floor was dry before anyone slips and fall. Thank you Araceli.

The key cards kept getting desensitized. I've been using your hotel since end of May. I stayed there every weekend but have not had any discounts.

The hotel was located in a great location. Lots of places that were super close to eat and shop.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel.
