We had such a lovely stay! The room was cozy and comfortable, and Sean at the reception truly stood out—he was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind, which made us feel right at home. The restaurant team were all very friendly, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied, with something for everyone. We left with a really positive impression

The breakfast had a good selection of vegetables, fruits, and pastries, but they didn’t feel very fresh, which is an area for improvement.

- Staff can be friendly or unfriendly, sincere or insincere, depending on who and what time you talk to them - Breakfast variety- pineapples and honey dews for fruits seven days in a row; OK omelet though freshly made; $24/per person if breakfast is not included in your room rate - $75 "snack fee" charged in advance to my credit card when I checked in for snacks I "might buy" from their snack stand; took the credit card company two weeks to refund me

Great location, great facility, very clean, great breakfast, great wifi, and quiet and peaceful rest the entire time. My service animal traveled with me and she was very well received and cared for by all who encountered us.

The staff was great, only issue I didn't realize I had multiple days of meal tickets and paid for a breakfast that I had tickets for...wasn't fully explained during check in. Happened to be in the lobby and overheard another staff explaining amenities and services available. Staff was great nonetheless!! Enjoy my stay!!

It was a great location for our purpose of the trip. It’s close to freeway and not far from SFO airport. All staff members are kind and friendly.

Since it was under renovation during my stay, it was dusty and noisy. The breakfast buffet was far from excellent. My daughter’s comment was “little better than complimentary continental breakfast” at some hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong and finally, the restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast! :-)

The location was very safe and conviently located to hwy 92. We were going to stay in Half Moon Bay for the weekend but it was double the price for a shoddy hotel! Great breakfast, nice pool area, fun little fitness center and the option to eat lunch and dinner in the onsite restruant. Panda Express and Chipotle are just down the street with a shopping center a block away.

The hotel was close to shopping centers, especially for people who like walking after dinner.

It was not good to hear the water pressure sound from the neighbour's bathroom.

Location was convenient - close to airport and in the direction out of San Francisco we were going the following morning. Parking was available at no extra cost.

Restaurant was closed when we arrived just before 8pm.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room and excellent bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast included.

AC unit was loud and rattled throughout the night.

Location was great. Can walk to a large variety of restaurants and stores within 8 minutes. Beds very comfortable. Lobby has a nice little bar for a quick nightcap

Guest laundry was out of service. Washer and dryer both broken
