Good place to stay, good price. Renovated and well set up rooms.

The only bad thing was the check in process. It is done through a screen speaking with people from overseas. English is not their first language and it was often difficult to understand them. The process also is very drawn out and takes forever and is rather off putting and frustrating.

The place nice ,little funky -modern. Clean. Staff very friendly.

Only complaint I could think of would be the bed. If I didn't sleep on the edge, I would roll into the center hole.

The location is excellent. I recommend this place to everyone attending the San Mateo County Event Center event. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the center hall, and you will pass by many delicious restaurants. Also, a Japanese supermarket and bus stop are within 5-minute walking distance. Very convenient. The amenities were so nice! There was a huge TV, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a water kettle. Iron and hairdryer are also included. The bed is the soft type with enough support to the back.

Every surface and handle I touched was very clean, but the fan/ air filter and the floor were dirty. I also wish there could be a lamp on or near the table. The curtain/blind type was not my favorite for a room on the ground floor with cars parking in front.

This motel always has a nice bed and a fluffy duvet. Pillows are firm, but I actually love that. They also have quite a few accessible plugs, and the prices are reasonable for the area. I like the location because it's close to who I visit in the area and they allow pets. They also have free parking in a dedicated parking lot - amazing!

They need to hang light blocking curtains rather than the flimsy, plastic plantation shutters. They are always broken, were installed backwards, and end up not blocking light well. The air conditioning units struggle to cool and keep airflow going, so the room feels stuffy even when cool. More surface space in the bathroom, or a place to hang a hand towel and wash cloth off the side of the sink so they don't take up the flat surface would be nice.

Rahul the on-site staff was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and super helpful. Gave me great recommendations for places to eat and visit, plus made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was also super easy and free. Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathrooms were a bit cramped with not much counter space which made it difficult to place my toiletries out. Also, in the shower it would be nice to have a little holder or small shelf to place personal toiletries as well.

We like the size of the bed. Was expecting queen but they gave us a king which was nice. Also i asked for a ground floor and the guy was nice enough to give us one. Location is great. Clean.

Not sound proof and the hot water goes in and out while ur taking a shower which is not good. Also very needs light on the area where u put ur luggage and hang clothes to think that it has a mirror there. Dark u cant really use it so hopefully theyll add lighting. Maybe add more towels in the room especially if ur staying for more than 2 days.

It was close to where we wanted to go to for a convention. Having a microwave in the room, and fridge is a definite plus. Beds are okay but they creak.

The lighting in the room was decent. Some parts of the room felt dark. There was only one light bulb in the front of the room right where the door is so, if you were looking for something in the other part of the room, there is a lack of lighting, and you might have to use the open closet spot for lighting.

Pet friendly, There was bottled water in the room and quality coffee and liquid creamer. It was quiet at night Fresh fruit at the office would have been nice.

The plantation shutters didn’t shut all the way and light was coming in from outside. I like it dark to sleep. There was no breakfast foods. Someone took my parking space but that’s not the property fault.

I liked the aesthetic! The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was close to places I needed to get to.

I feel the check in with the remote service person was kind of needlessly complicated. The terminals in the lobby didn’t work some of the time and my check in took a lot longer than a check in typically does. Why not just have someone there in person? I should say the gentlemen who checked me in was very professional, no complaints about him!

Staff was nice. Wi-Fi worked better and faster than most of any other places I've stayed in. It had a restaurant with vegan options round the corner

TV acted weird, the chord was unplugged. When we pluged it and turn on the TV it acted as if the remote was pressing buttons randomly. Even turning it off from the remote it turned on again randomly. We unplugged it again.
