The room was very clean and updated and comfortable for our night stay. We were near the airport but able to sleep through the night. Glad we could get a shuttle from airport and back to the airport in the morning.

Thought we had free breakfast in the morning - but didn't notice the details. Had a good breakfast but pricey. Thought the shuttle was free but had to pay extra. We came in around 10pm. Seems thought that the shuttle back to the airport the next morning was free. A little confusing.

The checkin process was quick, staff was friendly, elevator was close, enough parking, everything looked clean. Our 2 king beds were super comfy with lots of pillows and nice blanket. Bathroom was updated and clean. We had a fridge, which worked great. The AC was nice and cool. The room had plenty of space and a working tv. They even let us check out an hour late.

Very little water pressure in the shower. Not much available to watch on the tv, but no big deal.

Love the staff, they went above and beyond for us. Especially the shuttle crew who actually brought my left behind pillow to the airport for me. Not to mention helped me in trying to locate my phone that I’d left in my Uber. A+

Very low water pressure in the shower. Faucet looked like it was about to fall off and under the beds were littered with Gatorade bottles, socks, snack wrappers etc. can’t walk around the neighborhood after dark as it’s not safe.

charges for parking daily, it also allows non guests who fly out of Oakland airport to park there for a fee but they take up the front parking which should be for reserved fir guests!

We had a double king room. It was more spacious, clean, and nicely designed than other higher level brand name hotels that I’ve stayed in, which was a nice surprise. The beds and pillows were super comfy too. The shower, bathroom, and sink were impeccably clean. The room was nice and quiet; I couldn’t hear people passing by or in other rooms. We didn’t sightsee in SF and only went to an event at the Oakland Arena (need a car), so for that purpose this hotel was a great location. The hotel is near the airport as well. Check in and check out was quick and easy with courteous staff.

Super convenient to the airport, Perfect for my early morning departure. I missed the breakfast unfortunately.

TBH, it was a little difficult to find. Didn't realize that the main entrance is behind a gated parking lot. MIssed the entry the first time. Maybe if there was some kind of advanced notification with the reservation or a notification on the day of the reservation, it would have helped. Also, didn't realize that parking was an additional fee

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Great place to stay for a night when you have an early flight and want to be close to the airport.

There is a $10 charge to use the shuttle. The hotel is in a sketchy part of town so once you get to the hotel you don't want to go outside. The lighting in the lobby is harsh and bright.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times as it's close to the airport. The room was clean and comfy. The shuttle is available for pick up and drop off 24/7, which is why I like this hotel.

I didn't know that the shuttle is now a paid service in 2022. The price didn't bother me, but it would've been nice to see that information in the hotel description as it still says that it's a free service.

We arrived late and stayed just so we had a quick trip to the airport for our early morning flight. The rooms were comfortable and the trip to the airport was just a couple of minutes and very easy.

Be prepared to pay additional for parking.

This hotel is a 3 minute ride from the airport. It is also conveniently located to the show we were going to. We loved the comfortable king-sized beds and down pillows. We only spent one night but it was nice seeing the k cup coffee maker and broad selection of channels on the television. The room was very nice and I would definitely enjoy staying there in the future if my travels take me there.
