The room was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was as well. Having a pool, bar, and a grill was also a nice touch (even if the pool is on the ground floor). Great airport shuttle and exceptional breakfast.

The switches for the lights were poorly placed, and you'd either have to walk in the dark to the beds or turn on the lamps by the beds before turning off the lights in the room. The lamps by the beds were placed way too high, so it becomes a bit of an awkward, half getting out of the bed or stretching your arm as far as you can reach while looking straight into the light.

The hotel looks and feels brand new and up-to-date. The room was comfy, clean and large. I like that they had a bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was okay, and the drinks were good.

I wish they had a jacuzzi or hot tub next to the pool. The pool was refreshing but very cool temperature and it would have been great to accompany that with warmer water.

Room and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

$10 fee for the airport shuttle! Going to charge me $ to come to your hotel to spend $ and again when I leave after spending $ at your hotel? No nearby restaurants.

I love everything about this location. The staff is Great and friendly, security that monitors the parking lot, the large size rooms, the bar, the Continental breakfast and the peace I'm able to obtain is Everything.

There's nothing that I don't like about this location

This is a standard 3 star hotel that is a little more modern than other 3 start hotels. It does charge a lot more than others. For example, Courtyard Marriot nearby is almost 1/3 cheaper.

The price is on the high side.

Staff was friendly, facility was clean and breakfast was as expected.

Great Hotel, unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood is in shambles and seems crime ridden. The motorcycle noise from the Harley dealership next door also was a little disappointing.

I appreciated the bar and the restaurant and the hotel especially since the area didn't have much for either of those things

Would have been nice if there was a hot tub as well as a pool, or bath tubs in the rooms.

Breakfast was ok. Dinner- good was great. We did take out to our room… it was perfect

Pillows were to soft. AC was blowing on me during the night so I had yto turn it off

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room too which was convenient. The hotel is very close to the airport which is a major plus!

Bottled water in the room would have been nice.

The staff went above and beyond for us. So friendly and very helpful. Will stay there again next time we come back to Oakland. Great location for the airport and the arena.10 out of 10 would recommend.
