Our stay was good we enjoyed our visit

I didnt like that i used my credit card to reserve room only n agreed to pay in cash at the facility n still they attempted to charge my card after the fact i paid in full once i arrived n paid 70 in fees just to check in early for each of the three nights i stayed n because i am not from the area yet am familiar with area i paid it because i was exhausted from driving from 3 am till i git there at the inn

It was quiet. It was a comfort beyond my dreams. From my window I could see the lovely downtown Oakland. I like to see the happy faces with shopping bags pass me by. And the weather is usually pretty good in the Bay.

The room I stayed in was always cold. I just used the heater alot. Otherwise everything was decent.

The friendly staff and how the go out of their way to provide excellent hospitality. The size of the rooms and overall cleanliness with fresh towels when asked is appreciated during an extended stay.

The soda machine that ran out of options other than Coke.

I had food at primrib 🥩 and walked around town. It was quiet and interesting places to visit.

Just abit to much crime.

It was one place online when it came to the total online it said it was $78 that's what I was supposed to pay but when I got there it was dollars $91

New clean room without smoke fumes or other fowll odors ,new 14 day stays , staff & security cameras viewings at front desk check in.

Price to high $114.36 for first night at this hotel location, charged $114.36 for second night stay,when reservation price was $112..

Best customer care service ever seen in my life time

Tv channels are not working properly due to poor signal quality.

Location allows to join quickly any area in Oakland. Room is comfortable with easy mouvement !

Pillows were not great but they were managable

Small bathroom and doors to closet and bathroom wouldn't close at all.
