The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of fruit, juice, and protein. The waffle station was a hit for the boys., We knew there was no pool, but there was no other place to gather with friends on the site.

It seemed troublesome to have to ask for towels each day. We were at a baseball tournament, and the boys needed them each day. The spa room was good, but with no ventilation, it was very hot. The spa thermometer said 104 but it seemed hotter than that to us, and we have a spa.

The quality of the Complimentary Breakfast needs a upgrade. There should be a made to order egg or omelet station instead of processed taco shaped omelets in a serving pan. There should be a variety of breakfast meats instead of just bacon. Pancakes also should be a option along with the waffle maker.

Good location on Webster. plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. plenty of parking, mostly convivial staff. the mini fridge in my room froze everything I put into it.

The Breakfast could have been better. lots of re-heated goods and weak coffee, as expected. Hard, cold butter for hot waffles and toast did not work for me. only grape Jelly? yuck. Spa room out of order.

The guy at the front desk was very sloppy looking, if it weren't for the reviews I wouldn't have known breakfast was included in the stay. He gave no information about our stay. The room was beautiful & very clean. The full breakfast wasn't so "full".. The one person that worked in the kitchen wasn't keeping up with the amount of people that were coming to eat. There were eggs (which were always empty, bacon, small muffins, toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, juice, and coffee. I love when people break down what is included.. Bed was super comfy and the size of the room was like a mini studio

The customer service was great! I called at 9 pm to arrive at 11:30 pm because my family was traveling and I booked them a hotel and the front desk answered all my questions politely and directed me on how to book a room for them. I would definitely go back and stay again! Or direct my family (who visits from Oregon) to stay again!

The facility isn't high end, rather a moderate priced facility. It is clean with recently updated rooms. No on site restaurants, but the morning breakfast is utilitarian. The staff is friendly and helpful. Never disappoints when we visit.

Parking here is easy. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Restaurants are close by...and more restaurant choices and shopping are just a short couple of miles away in what is considered downtown. Great quiet stay for our family...really appreciate the cleanliness of the room.

Everything was fine. This is a perfectly serviceable middle of the road hotel. I stay here nearly every time I travel here for work. Good location, lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

Front staff was terse (but fine). Breakfast is nothing to write home about but also fine.

Staff is on top of things, especially Temple. She assured me anything I needed she would help and she did. The towels are laundered well and the ADA units are big enough for walkers and wheelchairs.

The NOISE from upstairs is too much. Children and adults need to realize the stomping around is disruptive to guests and it was 4 days of noisy neighbors that didn't get resolved until checkout. Beds are a bit too soft so hard for those with mobility issues to move around.

The bed was comfy. Everything was clean. The food was better than most hotel breakfast food. They changed the egg and meat daily. Coffee was Starbucks and made a great start to the day.

Cost was more than I’m accustomed to but probably because it’s in California.
