The location was convenient for our purpose. The room was as we expected and was comfortable enough. We were happy with our stay. The check-in clerk was very kind and friendly.

I requested a room near the elevator if I could not be on the ground floor and was given a room the full length of the building away from the elevator. I have a medical condition which makes walking very difficult and painful and the long hall was not my favorite experience.

This place is great. Staying here a few weeks now due to a botched, long distance move. Every day I'm greeted with a smile and genuine hello. The staff here is wonderful. And they love your pets too! The manager is on top of his game and runs a fine tuned house.. Housekeeping on top of it without being overbearing and even helped me out in a sticky situation. I feel right at home here, it's been a privilege. Thanks guys,!

No complaints

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops, and brewery. Great lobby to have a small group meet up in too. Great TV in the room.

Pillows weren't awful, they just weren't great either. The rooms had too many dark walls, so we kept all of the lights on when we were there including the daytime. Small bath towels.

Location and dog friendly. Staff was very helpful in resolving an issue around delay in stay. Mgr on duty was super helpful and generous.

Breakfast at $13 was a serious miss. The ad in elevator portrays something and actual was entirely different. Breakfast sandwich and croissant on the ad, and pastries said to be available. Only item on the ad that was available was coffee.

The property is very contemporary, well maintained and easy to get to. The room was large, had a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed and a small refrigerator (no freezer section). parking was ample, which is good because the place was pretty busy. I stayed there for 2 weeks but did not take advantage of the breakfast purchase options. I did enjoy the free Starbucks coffee. There is also a huge fitness center which was well equipped, resembling a gym I might find at home.

Because I was there for 2 weeks, I ate several dinners in my room. I had to repeatedly ask the front desk for maid service to dump the garbage cans in my room. It seemed like there was no service unless you specifically asked for it. Maybe this is their new protocol since Covid but I wished I had been informed of this when I checked in.

Place was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfy bed, adequate parking, I felt safe. Will stay there again.

Caffeinated coffee only option provided in room. I suppose decaf or tea might have been available on request but I brought my own tea so didn’t bother. I can’t drink caffeinated coffee. Also no way to get a cold beer when I came in tired and needing a little something to help relax. Should have stopped at a convenience store I guess.

It was clean and well-maintained — we’ll definitely book again in the future

Although we didn’t include breakfast in our stay, we did check out the available options. The selection seemed quite limited. If the hotel could offer more variety, we would consider adding breakfast in the future

Room was clean, streets were quiet at night, staff was nice when we did interact with them, but we didn't interact with them too much as we had a very short stay. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Wifi was good, wasn't too slow or anything. Room was bigger than I thought it would be, and beds were comfy.

This wasn't a problem at night, but the streets were definitely busy and loud. The intersection right next to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare to get through, but otherwise everything was good.

Very clean, would definitely stay there again

Breakfast. The yogurt smelled spoiled. the expiration date on the milk container was jan 2 and we stayed Jan 29. Employee did exchange for one newer one. Disappointing for $18 fo a yogurt, 2 overly done hardboiled eggs, bagel and cheese a milk and apple juice. Will find another place for breakfast next stay

We had our celebration of life for my father here along with family staying in several rooms. When I say that the staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us in this time of mourning and celebration words alone can not express our extreme appreciation for them all! A special thank you to Entiom Caldace, the engineers (Luis ( I believe) & the kind gentleman that fixed my broken coffee pot) & Angie at the front desk/reservations. Everyone’s patience and relaxed energy helped this event be as stress free as humanly possible! Our family will be forever grateful & thankful!
