The hotel is centrally located between many places, and about an hour east of San Francisco. The hotel is very clean, and quiet. The staff is polite and will accommodate your needs ( extra coffee, tissues, toilet paper, etc…). There is no breakfast served, but it’s also well reflected in the nightly price. We paid nearly $65.00 a night LESS than Holiday Inn Express wanted each night. Well worth the price and comfort.

Something as simple as better coffee packages for the morning. The coffee was fine, but the one sugar, one creamer per cup is not sufficient for a morning cup of coffee. Fix the soda machine so we do not have to bother the employees with such a trivial task. That’s it.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and will help you without questions. No problem with my service animal. It’s worth the price for sure. Very quiet both night and day. No breakfast or pool, but if your not looking for these extras the price will reflect it. No bugs!!!

Could use an update, but that’s expensive and not totally necessary yet.

The manager was very quick to answer my request for an easily accessible room, and made sure to call me the day of my arrival to see when to expect me so that he could "save" me a good room. The room itself is simple, but its great for what I consider a budget motel (I chose it for the location near my son's house, where I was visiting, and for the cost). My room was much larger than expected and very comfortable!

The location was good for me but not in a very commercial area, so you might have to walk to restaurants. But the good news is that there are good restaurants an easy walk away, and the Cal Trans Belmont station is also an easy walk away. So really no complaints at all! In fact, I plan on staying there when I return in October.

Clean, the room has a fridge and microwave, comfy bed, shampoo and conditioner included which is nice. Despite the hotel is close to highway, it is very quiet. Fast free internet. Thing to note: Late walk in checkin is somewhat difficult as the door closes after 10pm, sometimes earlier. Hotel is run by a family who lives in the hotel. No breakfast.

As always, they are extremely accommodating. The customer service at this location is unmatched. I had stayed rhe weekend and left early for work on Monday morning, not realized I left behind my favorite blanket... I didn't realize until a few hours had gone by. I called the hotel and within 15 minutes they had found my blanket and had it folded put to the side by time I was off of work. Thank you again !!! One more thing, the bed that we had was the most comfortable bed my boyfriend and I have ever laid on. 10/10

My boyfriend and I booked just a single night at first so we could get some QT in, and we ended up staying a total of 3 nights, it was very comfortable and close to alot of good food spots, I suggest the "New York pizza and pasta" restaurant.. VERY GOOD The customer service of the husband and wife team is phenomenal. They are very accommodating as well as just overall good people.

Excellent location, within walking distance of many of the places we needed to go. Room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

I was disappointed the pool is closed, but in the end i don't think we would have used it.

Quiet, clean, near my friends. The window opened, so I could enjoy fresh air instead of the air conditioner.

The coffee pot didn't work, but they fixed it for my second night there.

It was a nice hotel but the last day my toilet did not work, but everything else was nice and beautiful. It was very quiet and I will stay again. Thank you.

Manager was very nice and helpful. The room was very quiet, very clean and amenities were beyond expectations based on the price of the room. I’ll definitely return next time I visit family there.
