Everything was wonderful. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast sustained me for the rest of the day. Facilities were clean. Only minor negative is the a/c unit was noisy. you know the kind—the big box under the window. Fortunately i didn't need it on at night so i had no problems at all. Just know on a hot day it might not be so fun. Anyway, i have zero complaints. I didn't go swimming, but the pool was also very clean and gad plenty of new loungers to relax on.

The room air conditioner is kind of loud.

The interior rooms were very comfortable. I enjoyed visiting the bar each night; the bar tender, Iris, was very pleasant. I enjoyed much conversation with her. She is a keeper! She did a great job serving her customers and making our experience pleasurable. Thank you, Iris!

A bit cold in the hotel, especially the bar. Could have been 20 degrees warmer. It would be nice to have a few snack type foods available at the bar . I think people enjoy pretzels, popcorn, or peanuts with their drinks. How about a popcorn machine? The aroma would fill the room and maybe even flow out to the lobby!

How many times housekeeping bothered us and the front office kept calling us. We told the staff we would check out by 12 pm since we came in at 2:30 am he said it was fine. However the girl that was there in the morning was rude. We received several knocks on our door since 10 am and two phone calls asking what time we would check out. We checked out at 12 pm when we told the representative at the front desk she had an attitude and said we were supposed to request to stay until 12 pm and I told her we did we got in at 2:30 am and I formed the guy that helped us check in. He was nice but I guess forgot to write it down. Broadway being bothered it was ok.

Restored my faith in outside hotel room doors

Nothing it was affordable, comfortable, I felt safe the work out room had a cables, I was happy and set to go. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the tent, pool or the jacuzzi. But for the week traveling for work it’s an excellent price and worth every penny

It was pretty comfortable. The key cards worked easily (yay!). The breakfast was nice.

Our first impression of the room was that it was a bit worn and due for a refresh. There were only sheers at the windows and no way to close out the sun (light, heat, etc.). The hot water from the faucet was way too hot to have your hands in.

Bfast was ok! Not a lot of choices, food is not Hot it’s lukewarm! Location is ok, closed to everything. Bed is super comfy but I saw a couple of bugs on the side tables, so I required to spray before checking in.

Refund of deposits, Food to be Hot not lukewarm, Variety of food choices for bfast, water with coffee in the room, shower head to be strong enough!

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Needed a place to rest my head for the night. Got a free upgrade to the inner tower rooms through Booking.com. Parking lots and spaces where nice not a tight squeeze kind of place. Very pleased with my stay.

The GPS brought me in through a side parking lot. So to find the actual entrance/main lobby, was a bit of a maze. No clear sign or signs of where the main lobby was located. But once found was able to locate my room/building because of the prior tour of the parking lots.

Im sorry I couldn't remember your name. Kind blonde lady at front desk . Very respectful. Told me where to park because of my room location. She checked me in fast , while explaining all the wonderful things the hotel had to offer. Would recommend. Great staff :))

Curtains didn't close all the way. Sun was always peaking through.

It was not my first stay and will not be my last. Location is great, close to "the veranda" where kids can play, shop and have a nice wine. Staff as always - very friendly and helpful.

The only disaster (!) this time was my wifi. But it was only on our floor, it worked on all the other floors. However, I did not get access to the internet. It was not like this during the other stays.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, it's my "Go to" when traveling solo to the Concord area. This is really two hotels, the older highway-facing exterior corridor section and the newer "Tower" rooms. Older section is less desirable- more noise, more evident wear, etc. but doable in a pinch. Tower rooms fetch a few more $$, worth it for the interior corridors, less noise and newer fixtures. Property is well maintained, rooms are clean and everything works, climate control system is efficient and pretty quiet, rooms are well equipped. Parking is free. This is a good, solid older property and a MUCH better value than most- comparably priced places in the area are clearly less desirable, and comparable to cosmetically "better" hotels nearby are much more expensive. I've had good experiences with the staff here, front desk staff for this stay was exceptionally good.

This is a very decent hotel, but the older property, some minor evident wear, etc. keep this from being a "Romantic" place-this holds the price down but does not compromise comfort.
