The location was great, staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The first night we were there the elevator did not work so they credited me for the inconvenience which was very nice. The breakfast was good for the price but you have to get to breakfast early. If you get there within 30 minutes of it stopping, they are not cooking any more eggs or sausage/bacon, you will have to eat cereal, yogurt or toast only. The rooms were very clean even though the whole hotel needs an update.

No other entrance except the front. They need a door in the back that people can enter through. Also, I was there for 4 days but didn't want housekeeping services. However, I asked for clean bath towels two nights in a row and they were out. They only had pool towels. They need to buy more bath towels so they have them for guests. Also, water started to leak from the ceiling in the bathroom on my 3rd night there but they had no room to move me to so I just had to stay in a room with a leaky ceiling. However, I did receive a partial refund for that inconvenience so that was much appreciated. Also, not enough laundry machines. They only have 2 washers and 2 dryers and while i was there, only one of the dryers were working.

Everyone was nice at front desk. We were driving and we're offered water upon checking. We were able to check in early for $30 and it was worth it so we can empty the car and shower. Property clean. Room clean. Room was a bit worn but clean. Laminated wood split on room and cabinet doors. The carpet worn and buckled but seemed clean. From seeing some of the other guest, I'm thinking there are people who are homeless living there on vouchers. It is the normal now everywhere. You can just tell there was a settled in living situation and not passing through. I did interact with one who had a dog. It was fine and the property was fine. Two complaints are 1) the smell of marijuana. My 30 year old daughter didn't mind it, but it was a bit much for me. Marijuana smell is everywhere not just at this hotel, so it's just a personal dislike. Second complaint was at 5am a hallway fire alarm had a low battery that started beeping. I was not able to get back to sleep. Not good. Breakfast area was nice and clean. The staff was great and friendly. Check out was easy.

All was written in the above comment. I think the price was a bit higher and it was more of an $100 night room.

This was our third time to stay at this hotel basically because of its location to family. The breakfast was good, but since they opened the kitchen at 5:30 a.m. some of the items were gone by the time that we got there. They could have used a few more choices such as waffles, more pastries, and more fruit choices.

The breakfast buffet was very nice-clean, hot, great variety of options, and the attendant was pleasant. We had a TV issue and maintenance arrived within 10 minutes of the call to front desk and fixed the issue.

The elevator was functional but old and a bit dirty. Guy at the front desk could have been a bit more informative and cheerful. Pillows were really small and uncomfortable.

I did not actually stay at this hotel. I booked this property for a friend of mine who was traveling. He has stayed here in the past and asked me if I could possibly get a reservation here. I did so and from our conversation it seems that he was very satisfied with his day and was very impressed with the Continental breakfast offered here.

I was clean and comfortable. I needed a technician to check the flickering light by the nightstand, and he arrived quite quickly. He was very pleasant and professional.

Not a big deal, but there were no towels in my room upon arrival. I asked for them and it took a little while for them to arrive. This was fine as I used one of my towelettes to dry off.

We’ve stayed here several times & the staff is wonderful. This time we were unable to get a handicap access room since the elevator was out of service. We stayed in a regular room on the ground floor. We could not use tub/shower combo. Again, the staff did all they could due to the elevator being inoperable.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were offered another room but we had unpacked everything and hoped the smell would disappear, but it didn't Room small. Bathroom with no bars in tub Breakfast minimal. But staff was good

This was a great stay. Exactly what we needed for the amount of time we were staying in the area. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay

We don’t really have much feedback. I just wish coffee was available earlier, we had a super early flight and had to get out of the hotel early. Coffee would have been Great!

The staff at front desk very rude no communications and made us wait at desk while she did side work. Not very nice. Beds very uncomfortable and pillows very hard not comfortable at all. Hard to sleep after driving 495 miles
