We liked everything! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful; good food, a great variety, friendly staff, and we liked how you changed things up a little every day. Anton at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.

The elevator was a little rickety sounding. We did have a bit of an issue with room keys. Someone accidentally entered our room with a key and the next day our keys didn’t work. It was handled quickly and efficiently, and with many apologies. Also, we couldn’t close the door of the soap dispenser on the dishwasher, but that was no big deal. Housekeeping ran the dishwasher for us when they touched up the room.

We like the design of the rooms and the kitchenette. The bed is comfortable and the shampoo, etc. dispenser in the shower is convenient. All of the staff is extremely polite and accommodating, especially the ladies serving breakfast. We love the variety of breakfast choices and enjoy having omelettes made to order.

The heating/cooling system can be quite noisy at night. Also, this is the first time we have stayed on the 1st floor and it seemed like the shower waterwasn't nearly as hot as on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the shower water had lower pressure. Maybe that is because the laundry is also located on the first floor.

We had such an enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the bartender who makes a stellar margarita! The breakfast was above our expectations and the pool amazing.

The one and only complaint would be the bed. One side of the bed is completely broke down. So much so the person sleeping on that side would wake up with a bad backache. That's the only reason I gave the hotel an 8 instead of a 10 rating.

Room was large & included a stocked kitchenette, large flat screen tv that could swivel so as to be viewed from bed, sofa or kitchen table, comfortable bed, large walk in shower, blackout curtains. Thermostat in room worked. Room very quiet. Decent free breakfast with variety of choices including an omelet station. Large pool area in back of hotel. Short walk to several restaurants. Hotel allows pets. Free outdoor parking.

Wish there were Hyatt House hotels everywhere.

I liked the way the room was set and the anticipation of what the guests would need for their use in a King studio I also liked the option of having to do my own laundry by providing a guest laundry room. I was grateful for the fact that I was provided with enough clean towels and that the staff came to clean up the room and empty trash cans regularly.

The proximity to the freeway.

Perfect location! Super clean and well run. Rooms are big and the property has every amenity of even a 4-star hotel. Great breakfast too. We always stay here when visiting family and will definitely be back.

Price is a tad high for suburbia but you definitely get what you pay for. It’s the best option in this area by far.

The decor was nice and staff was very friendly it was clean and very accommodating and not for from freeway close to downtown shopping, theater and restaurants and the complimentary breakfast was good.

Requested a room refresher and the housekeepers never did it. Hallway carpet was in bad shape it was a tripping hazard

The breakfast omelets were amazing! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, too!

The room had a smell of Indian food which I don’t typically like. It was a clean room though, probably just a residual smell from someone who previously stayed there

Amazing staff that truly cares and quiet and clean hotel. I won't go anywhere else in the Bay Area to stay the night. I'm disabled and I stay here to go to doctor apts and the staff Here has went above and beyond with helping me! Beautiful property as well and great breakfast when I am able to get it. Great deal as well! You won't be disappointed staying here. Best Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed at and it's worth the almost hour drive to my doctor to stay here and from the San Fran Airport.

Spacious, Comfortable room. Great pool area and exercise room. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and professional

Extra linens for the fold out bed would have been appreciated. An extra pillow and blanket. Maybe a few extra trash bags to refill the baskets since we didn't need housekeeping.
