Great location, easy access and clean, neat and tidy. Late check out was great

The front desk made a mistake on our booking, double charged us and then lied about why, when and how it happened. I asked them how would they like it if they had pre paid on Booking.com and then found out by checking their bank account that they had been charged not only a holding fee (understandable) but the full price of the booking again. It was almost $1000 AUD that was taken from my bank account!!! I am still waiting for a refund!!! 😡 they have promised a refund but we r now in LA and still no refund 😤I could understand the mistake but the deception infuriated me and ruined our stay!!!

This hotel is directly across from two shopping centers, which include family style restaurants. Aslo a movie theater and a Chick fil A. Lots of stores and if summer the family fun “Water World”. The hotel has a comfortable lobby that has a cocktail bar and a restaurant inside (didn’t test it out). There was a hot tub and swimming pool open until 10:00pm. The Pillows and beds were super comfortable and soft. Excellent concierge and welcoming staff members

The room was clean with a nice view. The location is very quiet. You can walk to different restaurants. The hotel is close to shopping centers if you like to shop. Jaybee and the lady in front desk ( I forgot her name Shana) maybe are very nice and friendly. Two ladies in the restaurant are very nice and made my stay enjoyable.

The food in the restaurant is good but limited choices.

Christian was fantastic at check in. Was even able to let us check in early, which was GREATLY appreciated. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. Our mini fridge was not working when we got there but maintenance came right away and fixed it and was fine the rest of the stay. I had shopped other hotels in the area and was very wary from the reviews. I'm so glad we chose the Hilton Concord.

The table was not clean, there were stains on the ceiling and dirty windows. And it is not clear why I was charged extra. I left my car in a free parking lot. But it was not the employee who demanded payment. Before check-in, I indicated in the request to bring ice to the room at five in the evening. I received a response that the request would be fulfilled. But the restaurant and room service refused to fulfill the request.

Checkin was simple as well as checking out. The fitness center is pretty good for a hotel gym. The hotel overall is very well maintained and I felt safe. The location was absolutely great. It’s close to places to eat and shop. I liked that a lot, because coming to a new place with heavy traffic I was able to eat and shop without having to really venture far away from the hotel and deal with the traffic.

The breakfast is so expensive and should’ve been included in the price. You also shouldn’t charge people to park their vehicles. Parking should be a courtesy.

We have family that live in Concord and this Hotel was only a 15 minute drive to their home. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and they make a great drink at the bar. We enjoyed an evening outside at the fireplace. There is a beautiful pool that had a lot of families with their children and plenty of outdoor seating for anyone who just wants to chill. The fireplace side is separate from the pool side so you can relax with your drink if you like. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have control over the temperature of the room. There is a mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room as well as coffee downstairs in the morning. The bedding is down and I’m allergic to down so I asked for an alternative and housekeeping brought it up. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower. The hotel was quiet in your room and you couldn’t hear the people above you or next to you. The beds were comfortable and I felt I had a good nights sleep.

I think my only concern is when I asked for alternative bedding the blanket they brought me had burn holes and cuts in it. It was easy to see and I felt it shouldn’t be what is taken to a room.

Location was very good. We enjoyed having a bar and a restaurant on the property. I also enjoyed the hot tub multiple time.

I thought we were reserved a room with a king bed, but two queens may have been cheaper. Regardless, we stayed in a room with two "queen beds" except the beds were doubles, we have a queen bed at home and new immediately that it was more narrow than a queen.

The overall property is great. Housekeeping came right away and took care of an issue. After that PERFECT!

The bathroom, specifically the trash and shower. They shower was dirty. Literally soap bubbles on the wall and drain. The handle was covered in prints. Trash hadn't been emptied. Maybe housekeeping was rushed or interrupted.

It's a very nice properly that is very well maintained. Staff was friendly.

I was there for a birthday celebration and had to pay for parking, and the guests who did not stay overnight got complimentary parking. I don't think it's fair that I payed for the guest room and had to pay for parking and people who only came for the party and did not spend money to stay, did not get charged for parking. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.
