The food was nice and filling, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very nice. It was quite easy for me to check in and check out when I needed to. The front doors have a security lock that can only be opened by the staff at the desk, or by one's key card, which makes one feel very safe. Apparently, the property is a new one. (Also, there IS a $50 deposit that is charged on check-in, and returned to you afterward).

There was not too much to complain about, honestly. The only thing I felt that could have been better was the room fridge. It wasn't very cold, and I could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. Also, it was rather expensive for just a one-night stay (but I suppose that might be because it was summertime).

Sonia, at the Front Desk, deserves a Raise! Warm, sincere, friendly greeting upon our arrival. Very attentive, alert, hospitable, courteous, informative, and helpful. She cheerfully and effectively answered our questions about resources and directions. The petite Asian attendant in the Dining Area was quite fastidious about keeping all food stations spotless! The desk staff is amazing! We interacted with three different individuals. Each person was accommodating, friendly, and beyond helpful. We had a luggage snafu at the airport that left us with the wrong bag. One employee went above and beyond to be sure that we had what we needed until our bag could be retrieved. From helping with our bags to cheerfully greeting us, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were great viewing options on the TV, which had apps such as Netflix that you could log in to watch. It was easy to adjust the thermostat to keep the room temperature comfortable. There’s a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is spacious and has an easy to operate shower. All these things, coupled with the breakfast Buffett, make this an hotel that I know I will visit in the future. I think you should give it a try!

The room was fine, clean, comfy. The staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The location was not the best. It was close to a convenience store/gas station and there were lots of folks just hanging out close to the store, right next store to the hotel. I wouldn't walk around at night but we did walk around during the day, to restaurants and to the BART.

Hotel was nice. BOOKING.COM MADE THE WHOLE STAY A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT BOOK USING BOOKING.COM I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AND UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE THAT COULD COMPREHEND ENGLISH. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CANCEL THE BOOKING SO I COULD PAY IN PERSON AS THEY WOULD NOT SENT PAYMENT CONFIRMATION TO THE HOTEL. I PAID IN PERSON AND THEY NEVER CANCELLED MY BOOKING SO I PAID TWICE.

I did not like every bit that had to do with BOOKING.COM. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Always helpful staff, great location, comfortable beds and nice rooms

Upon arrival after choosing my room on the app, the room I chose was still dirty and used from the previous person. Staff did change the room promptly and apologized.

It was centrally located to go anywhere by car. Easy to get to the freeway.

No pool. Parking too tight and too many people hanging at the entrance of parking lot. Surroundings too busy and dark to be able to walk to corner market, or even to take a walk.

The rooms are large and beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and community area to sit and take a break. The gym is well equipped and clean.

We did notice the entry way floor of our room was dirty after spilling a bit of water and wiping with a towel. Everything looked clean otherwise however maybe a deep cleaning of the hard floor surfaces.

Everything was very clean, and so modern, better than most as far as breakfast on the go

No pool or spa-Open parking lot, and since downtown Concord is known for high theft from cars/vandalism.

Didn’t eat 😊 and the location was convenient!

It was a bit noisy at night. The cars and someone was doing car repair in the parking lot of the store next to the hotel. Other than that, it was fine.
