Wasn’t bad, but after arriving and experiencing a few things, I realized I’ve stayed there before! I was in room 206, and my room patio was pretty, and I couldn’t wait to enjoy sitting outside there, but once I stepped out there, it was leaking water from the rain storm outside which was strange! I felt like I was being sprinkled on, so I went back inside! The patio door locked and all you can hear is the horrible wind wanting to blow my patio door open, it was extremely annoying when I was trying to sleep after my show that evening! I told the front desk about the leaking, but no one came up to check it🤷🏼‍♀️ I couldn’t find a menu, so the front desk lady emailed me a menu which was also weird, since a QR code would’ve been great if they had one in the room🤔 the TV was difficult to manage, so I basically watched sports or news which I rarely care to watch! I remember after yrs of staying there before, I had similar problems! Being a Marriott property, I would’ve expected better!

Very spacious. Good size room. Great bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of seating. Good food. 12 o'clock checkout.

Parking was chaotic and expensive. Pool area was tiny compared to pictures with loud road noise.

the location is great and also the room was great. the communication to the property had to be done through the third party which was booking.com, however they failed to accommodate and communicate with the property, the front desk was very accommodating when I showed him the convo between me and booking.com. he was appologetic and accommodated very quickly.

the valet price is high but the crew is very nice and professional, however the high price of valet per night did not leave any room for additional tip for the crew.

Could eat a early meal sign reads 3pm but doesn’t open Until 4Pm

room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom did not have a fan, so the room became pretty humid after anyone took a shower. The hotel was pretty and in a convenient location.

The loud noises after 11PM were not enforced well, and late check in's were very loud -- woke us up after a long day...

we like the room, it was spacious enough. We loved the beds and pillows. We liked a lot the space at breakfast and the breakfast it self.

We didn't like the Valet parking, I think there is no reason to force someone to pay a service that didn't ask for. Very disappointed.

It was convenient and the parking situation was great. Food was good and had a nice lounge. Also had a good location for the convention.

The ac unit was extremely loud and went off and on the entire night

The bed was very comfortable and the blinds were perfect for canceling out the sun light. We got great sleep our second night there.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room. Which was odd. But, it wasn’t a huge inconvenience

Breakfast in the atrium was charming. Nice buffet.

I don’t like being charged for parking at a hotel. I don’t care how fancy it is. If I come to your hotel, you give me a parking spot.

We appreciated how close it was to downtown Walnut Creek and the BART station. We enjoyed being able to walk to both and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Also from Walnut Creek you can easily drive to Tilden Park and Cal Berkeley.
