I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the office! The lady running the desk was so nice! I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but she had a beautiful rose tattoo on her neck and she was the friendliest person!!! She got everything together very quickly, and I was ready to go in no time!! The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and was fully stocked with extra towels and everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again!!! This was my first time there and it’s now one of my favorite hotels! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

The staff were very nice, especially Emi in the dining hall. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was also conveniently located to some surrounding restaurants. Overall a very nice short stay!

The walls were a little thin. We could easily hear our neighbors, so it was hard to fall asleep. Seemed to be fine once I was asleep though.

Marina at the reception area is delightful 🙂. Amie in the kitchen is marvelous. Clean and great breakfast 🙂

I paid for an executive queen room with a love seat and coffee table base on the picture on booking.com but was given a normal executive queen room. I spoke with Teresa at reception about it, she states it booking.com's problem not the hotel. She states the pictures are deceiving. I hope the correct description of rooms will be address. Thanks.

The property was well kept, clean, and simply appointed

If you don’t know about their parking ahead of time, it’s a little confusing. Apparently there is a garage under the building, but I’m not sure how to find the entrance.

It was right across the street from my sister. The neighbor is good and the mister was very nice. Only had trouble with the elevator going up from the garage.

Impressive continental breakfast and helpful, polite staff. Beds were comfortable and rooms were well insulated from noise of neighboring rooms and hallways.

Some wear and obvious stains on room furniture.

The Hotel was clean, they has complimentary Lemonaid and Cycumber water. The rooms were big. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, and there was a good selection of items to choose from

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the housekeeping staff since they were my only personal encounters with staff. The housekeeper was so helpful with checking in and if I had questions.

The Hotel was clean, our room was clean, warm and comfortable. The fresh cookies and lemonade at check in was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent!

The fans at night were very loud and the wall controller said it was "low battery" and would not turn off..
