I think the continental breakfast is nice! It would be really good to have some orange or apple juice containers, like in hospitals. But I really like the choices of boiled egg, yogurt, the muffins, and bars! The orange is a nice touch as well!

The prices, kind of expensive, but I can't argue with the service! Room and building are pretty clean. I always see housekeeping working to keep the place clean. When ever there was a problem in my room, which was not too often, a quick call down to the front desk, and withing a very short period of time, someone was there to resolve the issue.

This is a clean comfortable hotel in a safe location that represents a great value in a good location. They have plenty of free secure parking and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for these attributes.

Probably because it is an extended stay concept you will not get things like in-room coffee, shampoo, plates and glasses (despite having a kitchen), etc. But if you bring your own for a longer stay you'll have absolutely everything you need and the pluses significantly outway these minor issues.

Very clean, very friendly & informative at check in. Great location. Alameda is stunning. Feels like you're in Marin. I felt completely safe. I paid a very low price and expected the worse. I actually was pleasantly surprised. I like the fact that the room was empty & I had to request& pay more for extras. This was perfect for my stay.

No ice machines. There was a fridge with freezer that had ice trays however they were empty upon arrival.

We enjoyed the bigger sized fridge and I can see how traveling with a family would benefit from having a cooking capability. The location was very pleasing. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

I’m not crazy about being video taped upon check-in or check out. It feels like a breach of privacy. I do not enjoy being photographed.

there was not a lot of staff when i checked in so when i requested for the pans and spatula, the receptionist asked me to pick them up because he was by himself. It was a not a big deal but more staffing would probably help them

I liked the comfort and that it was nice and quiet.

That the front desk could have been friendly. Not greeted like she should have. Could have had a positive vibe. Not all guests are the same.

It was good, only thing I missed was proper breakfast. Often I go to morning breakfast - couldn’t find any Fruits :( Rest staff and other things were very good.

Easy to get to. Free parking. The price was excellent. Room is spacious.

I got a handicap room since it was the last room available. I had to ask for shampoo from front desk. There isn’t any in the bathroom.

From the time I arrived the customer service was and always has been stellar. I love how polite and helpful the staff is.

I just wish the water pressure was a bit stronger.

Location was very nice, enjoy our stay. Friendly staff very helpful. I will recommend Extended Stay America to friends and family.
