We always like to sleep in a cool room with extra blankets. We asked the desk for two extra blankets and someone brought them to our room within five minutes. The hotel is in a safe location with secure parking (additional fee for parking) and good lighting. I felt safe and felt my car was safe. The property abuts small municipal airport. Apparently is closes down in the evening and reopens in the morning. There were no aircraft sounds all night and we slept well. In the morning we watched planes and helicopters taking off from our window and the sound was not bad at all. Quite entertaining.

I have zero recommendations for improvement. Facilities were fine and staff was great. I'm a little hesitant to write this but, I'm surprised they don't charge more.

Overall, clean. Beautiful inside, but I wondered where the koi were in the fountains.

The lack of a small safe in the room was extremely disconcerting. I worked in the hospitality industry as a sales manager for nearly 15 years. This is a HUGE sales point. It's not about an actual lack of safety in the area, it's an upsell. At your next update, include adding small safes bolted to a stud. Period. They are inexpensive. No one wants to keep their stuff in lock boxes at the front desk anymore. Also, the air conditioning "thunk" was a bit loud. Not horrible, but noticeable. Oh, yeah, and the door springs. Pretty severe.

Clean room, had a microwave and refrigerator, Keurig coffee Machine was handy, bathtub and a view outside my window overlooking the dumpster!!! Bed was comfortable but only had one sheets and a thin blanket..a little chilly at night and no extra blankets in the room!! Great fitness center! Parking convenient and so was the location…right off the freeway! Shopping and restaurants close by!! Tesla supercharger not at the property but close by!

Advertised indoor pool but it was all taped close! Carpet in Room 229 had puckers and was easy to trip over..needs to be updated! Wait time at front desk was slow because they only had one person working!

We attended a wedding party at the hotel which was very nice. The hotel rooms were great, comfy beds, perfect temperature. The rooms were very clean. Even though the hotel is older, it's in great shape. My kids used the pool which they enjoyed very much. The 12 pm check out was great as well. The indoor walkways between buildings was very pretty too. I requested a room change from King bed to 2 queens upon check in as my party changed; they accommodated me and we're very nice about it.

The spa was out of order. The toilets worked but it took a few flushes as they didn't completely empty since they are older models.

We liked that the property is affordable and that they offer a breakfast now. And that it will change to marriott needs a complete overhaul

Didn't like that rooms and hotel are really run down. Staff not very friendly. None of the computers were working and three different people gave us a password that didn't work and they just said sorry nothing they can do.lobby bathrooms were a wreck water and urine everywhere sinks overflowing no paper products

It’s private and not everyone is in your business all doors require a key access to enter except through the main lobby.

They had a loud party in the center of the hotel rooms blasting loud music and banging drums that lasted for hours one night we had stayed the music was literally right outside of our room and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep or hear the tv in the room because of the noise. This lasted until 12am 🫨😵‍💫🫩

Man the staff is so kind and sweet and very happy and professional people. As well as patient. This was the first time starting business there with them and it was very clean. The system takes a minute to upload from booking.com or whatever they are using but it eventually shows up. Kinda scary when you book it and you wonder what happened but then you are reassured by the staff to give it some time. Lol 🤣🤷🏾 And then you're off! To the room Batman lol 🤣

Having to use the key or ticket for parking.

It was clean and the checkin staff and housekeeping staff were great.

We went to have breakfast and the girl was not friendly and seemed to act like we were inconveniencing her. She never smiled, never attempted to look like she wanted to help us. And it took an hour for us to get all of our food. It came out 15 minutes after another. So those who got their food first basically sat around for another 45 minutes waiting for the rest of us to get our food and eat.

Very easy checking, very friendly efficient staff at front desk. Enjoyed soaking in the hot pool in the inner atrium. Comfortable clean room. Nice and quiet for the most part accept for noisy early morning.

Lots of loud door opening and closing banging starting at 7 AM. Send maybe someone in the end room or a group of people had a party that night which I didn't hear but left lots of garbage that when I finally got set up enough to take a look at 8 AM several people are bringing out big bags garbage, not sure if it was I guess or the housekeeping, I think it was the guests. Secondly I asked for my room to be clean for my second night, I asked in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon it was not done and I asked again and several times again and it was never done. Not a big deal, what disappointing.

I went to a concert on 14 to see jelly roll it was a very comfortable stay and would stay there again. I originally made the reservation for 16 had to reschedule for the 14 not 16 so the lady whom originally changed the date from 16 to 14 did not cancel the 16th reservation. So I am still being charged and never stayed so if you can help me get a refund I would really appreciate it.

That I got charged on the 16 when I wasn't there . The lady I spoke to on the phone forgot to cancel the reservation on 16. So they still are charging me ,so if you can either email or call me so I know how to proceed with this claim, i would really appreciate it
