My overall stay was great, I booked 2 rooms and hotel did reserve the rooms next to each other. The stores are minutes away and great America is about 15-20 min away depending on traffic. Also if you are going to great America double check that the levi stadium for events because if they are be prepared to take different routes if you stay later than 7pm at great America for they will be closing some exits and entrances. The levi stadium and great America are right next to each other. Back to the hotel 😆, they cozy and comfy.

They will charge a $15 parking fee if you come in your vehicle for every night you stay and there is no microwave in the room, if you want one in the room its a additional $5 each day you stay. Other wise the lobby microwave is available to use for your needs. My room bathroom door hit the toilet every time you open and close no biggie for me but they should of measured right before installing door or toilet 😏.

Breakfast was fine.....waffles cold tho.....not as good as some of the free breakfasts in hotels in the same area..... I liked that there was coffee... :)

Clean rooms, polite and attentive staff who took into account all our requests before check-in. Delicious breakfasts. Cleanest and ideally white cotton bed linen.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Thanks to Nader, Bosco, Cristal and the rest of the team for the amazing stay I had.

Maybe the breakfast could change from.day to day.

My room was very clean

I didn't have enough kettle and microwave in my room because I have stomach problems and I only eat my own food. But everything else was excellent

the location was great, Breakfast was simple.

The young lady who checked us in was not friendly, very serious and dry. The gentleman that checked us out was friendly and very cheerful.

I always stay at the hyatt

We have been staying there for years. You can see it needs a modern-day change with design also, and they should take more care with the paint peeling off the wall, especially in room 604 shower.

Breakfast was great except type of bacon, not my preference. The eggs were delicious! There was a lot of selections to eat. All was hot and delicious!

Sink drained a little slowly. But that was nothing for everything else in the room was great!

That i just found that i have to pay (3) $10.00 per night when it was never mention that we need to pay for parking for it was included in the inclusions parking

Location was great close to my job, the property, the room, very clean and while taking care of. Staff very professional and courteous..
