It was very clean and well kept. The staff were super friendly.

The sandwich I bought was very dry. The breakfast wasn’t very good either. It was very hard to get food because the glasses and dishes were to high for me being in a mobility. Also the tub was hard to get into and the bench was kinda scary.

Breakfast was fine.....waffles cold tho.....not as good as some of the free breakfasts in hotels in the same area..... I liked that there was coffee... :)

My overall stay was great, I booked 2 rooms and hotel did reserve the rooms next to each other. The stores are minutes away and great America is about 15-20 min away depending on traffic. Also if you are going to great America double check that the levi stadium for events because if they are be prepared to take different routes if you stay later than 7pm at great America for they will be closing some exits and entrances. The levi stadium and great America are right next to each other. Back to the hotel 😆, they cozy and comfy.

They will charge a $15 parking fee if you come in your vehicle for every night you stay and there is no microwave in the room, if you want one in the room its a additional $5 each day you stay. Other wise the lobby microwave is available to use for your needs. My room bathroom door hit the toilet every time you open and close no biggie for me but they should of measured right before installing door or toilet 😏.

Clean rooms, polite and attentive staff who took into account all our requests before check-in. Delicious breakfasts. Cleanest and ideally white cotton bed linen.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Thanks to Nader, Bosco, Cristal and the rest of the team for the amazing stay I had.

Maybe the breakfast could change from.day to day.

My room was very clean

I didn't have enough kettle and microwave in my room because I have stomach problems and I only eat my own food. But everything else was excellent

The breakfast was good. The staff was great. We asked to switch a room and they moved us right away.

The young lady who checked us in was not friendly, very serious and dry. The gentleman that checked us out was friendly and very cheerful.

The beds were very comfortable. It was a very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered a good variety of foods.

I always stay at the hyatt

We have been staying there for years. You can see it needs a modern-day change with design also, and they should take more care with the paint peeling off the wall, especially in room 604 shower.
