Clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of areas to sit and relax or meet throughout, plus a great gym, pool, grills, bikes to rent. Fabulous free breakfast and parking. Close to shops and restaurants. Helpful and kind staff.

There remains an unfinished tear down and rebuild of a mall and parking garage so the immediate surroundings are a bit of an eyesore and not conducive to walking around.

Front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The workout room was clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was nice and powerful. Personalized omelets for breakfast were delicious as were the other food choices. Morning coffee was really good. A very pleasant 10 days stay for us.

The only small annoyance was that the shower didn't have anything to keep the water from seeping out when you open it after showering. We had to wipe up the puddles every morning with towels. Maintenance wasn't able to do anything to remedy the situation. Not sure if it was just an oversight in our bathroom since front desk seemed unaware of this issue.

This was not the first time we stayed in Hyatt, but it gave us a very good impression. Not only the safe & convenient parking, friendly reception, and good location which’s quite near to Apple, Google and Facebook, but also it has a big kitchen. We loved it so much!We extended another day to welcome our old friends to get together at the hotel cooking supper and quite enjoyed ourselves.

The breakfast in the hotel is very good with various choices. They even provide specific omelets according to guests’ taste preferences written down on the slip with your name. But we have a small advice. People might leave their full name to avoid wrong taking with similar names. Or use Number for people to distinguish their own omelet from others when ready.

This place is awesome. We will always search out a Hyatt House or a Hyatt place when we travel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The place is spotless. The breakfast and the breakfast help are amazing, friendly and attentive. I overheard the front desk telling a family they had eggs hidden around the place to find them. How thoughtful on Easter Sunday. I cant say enough good things about our experience. Great job. Cant wait to come back.

Front desk personnel. Elevator was quick. Microwave was handy. Free parking was convenient.

1. The phone had a problem. I could not call outside the hotel. It was eventually fixed, but it seems like the communication between the engineer and the front desk were not in sync. 2. The shower water was very weak. 3. This is true for all hotels, but the bed was too soft for me!!!

I really loved staying at this hotel- it was honestly such a treat. The room was smartly designed and the staff were amazing. Fun little area with restaurants (conveyor belt sushi!) and coffee shops within walking distance. I considered switching my hotel for the remainder of my stay in the area because of the convenience, comfort and staff.

Room is very spacious, comfortable and clean with a big kitchen. We love it very much! You can choose self parking garage or on the ground for your friends who come to visit you. Quite convenient. Good location and very quiet. All staff are very nice, friendly and thoughtful. It feels like a home!

Everything is good!

Pleasantly surprised at how well the property was kept. Pool was great! We stayed in a King Suite w/kitchen on the 3rd floor facing the trees. Staff was friendly, room was clean & stocked. Made to order omelettes for breakfast between 7-10am, which is included in the price of the room. We will definitely be returning!

I'd suggest asking for a room facing the trees or the pool, which makes it feel less like you are right by the freeway.

This hotel, by far, has some of the nicest, most welcoming and accommodating staff that we’ve ever experienced in our multiple stays in Cupertino. This was the first time any hotel ever accommodated my request for a room on the highest floor available (we usually don’t want to run the risk of having unruly upstairs neighbors as this happened to us at another hotel). Breakfast was delicious. We wish the breakfast hours could be extended. Hotel is conveniently located in a private area and is a short drive to many restaurants and stores in Cupertino. Shower comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel(body wash). Kitchen comes with a full size fridge, utensils, pots and pans, sink and electric stove. We loved the marble island that doubles as a dining area!

Needs windows. The room can feel stuffy after staying for a while. Cable channels are somewhat limited. TV can be improved if Netflix and YouTube apps were already embedded. We spotted just a few minor things that could use some maintenance or repair. Light fixture above sink was dangling, carpets look a little worn out, and shower drain clogged once but eventually started working well again.

The amenities were excellent. The morning breakfast was superior to those of other hotels who offer a breakfast. It even included miso soup as an option. There were boardgames to borrow, books to use. The gym was open 24 seven and there was a pool. If we wanted, we could have rented a bike to cruise the area the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will stay again!

At night, I could hear the highway a little bit, but I did not hear it enough to keep me from falling asleep, or to wake me up
