Clean with very good on-site food and amenities, though the food and drinks were pricey! Close to entertainment venues, walked to our show venue in 3 minutes. VERY quiet in 9th floor room. Had none of the usual hotel noise, which was impressive since we were opposite the ice machine and very close to the elevator banks. Great sound proofing.

Parking situation. Poor instructions/signage for valet parking on arrival. Wasn’t clear where to enter. Clear signage or cones needed to steer people into the parking drop off breezeway.

Great location, right across the street from Sam Jose civic center. Hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest. The valet guy was super cool an helpful, told us some great places to eat. Also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone’s drink orders. Room was very very clean, great view of the christmas carnival going on at the park across the street. When we visit again we are definitely staying here.

Maybe make sure fire pits are on at the pool? I mean there isn't was not anything we didn't like about this place its a 10/10

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location for our event at the convention center. We had to check out but still be at the event for a few hours, so being able to park with valet and check our luggage at the front desk until our event was done made things so much simpler.

The entrance is easy to miss when driving, and if you get there when it is busy, it is hard to pull in the tight space so you can check in with valet and unload before you can go check in with the front desk.

Consistency of Marriott quality. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Convenient location.

Even though maintenance came straight to the room to assist, initially our bathroom door was off its hinges and the Netflix didn’t work because it was somehow unplugged. The coffee machine also was not plugged in so I had to move it to the bathroom so that I wouldn’t wake my children when I went to make coffee in the morning. The valet was a mess but the staff did a good job even though they seemed understaffed.

The staff were friendly, and very helpful.

The parking situation was a nightmare. Had to wait 20 minutes for valet. The valet parking was unorganized. The air conditioner in the room did not seem to work. Very hot and stuffy. We had the thermostat set to 60 degrees, but it was like 80 degrees with no relief.

The food was good but a bit over priced . The holding fee for the stay high in price and unexpected.

It felt effortless. It was high end, well appointed, and comfortable. Was definitely one of the best Marriott experiences I’ve had.

No complaints.

Breakfast was not as good and should have came complimentary with the room. For the price of breakfast, I would rather go elsewhere.

Pool closed early. No microwave. No view.

The property is stylish and the rooms comfortable.

The restaurant is basically an adjunct to the bar - doesn’t feel like a restaurant at all.
