I appreciated an extremely clean and comfortable bed with nice furnishings and accommodations within the room. The breakfast was also perfectly within standards and the location was extremely convenient. (I was competing in a martial arts tournament at the county fairgrounds).

The front desk worker was extremely helpful and kind. However, it was relatively difficult to understand him due to a thick accent. I don't hold this against him at all because he was otherwise extremely helpful otherwise. It's just something to be aware of for potential guests.

The location is close to my in-laws home.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times since it opened to now be Nickle and Dimed for $10 day for insecure parking is pure B.S.. This is not a downtown city hotel. It is a fairly expensive room for it’s location you got $10 day from me this time but will now lose $800-1000 on my next stay when I go elsewhere.

Free parking is not common here in Bay Area (according to other hotels I called) but here is free! Free breakfast was said to be great and in reality it is super great. Basically have everything I would want for breakfast with my favorite milk, yogurt, cinnamon roll, muffin, bagel and cream cheese. The bed was also very comfortable and we had a nice sleep. With the spacious room and restroom, this is indeed a good value.

Coffee is plain

First, the staff was especially supportive and helpful from allowing me to settle in early without a challenge or cost to making sure all my needs were met by providing information as needed. Having had no sleep the evening before it was a bonus to have darkening shades. The proximity to a store was also handy. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying even as I arrived as it was closing.

Room was spacious, breakfast was generous, coffee was there even after breakfast time

The receptionist when we checked in was not very friendly from the beginning. When we complained to him about a guy in the elevator who suddenly said " by the way I have covid" then coughed a few times, he showed nothing but impatience and not helpful. He just said "what do you want me to do, you need to report to he police", I asked him to check the cctv, he said he would but never report back to us.

the Hotel fit the purpose of our short stay in San Jose, it was very clean, quiet room, comfortable bedding, and the staff was very accommodating and cordial. I was looking for a reasonable priced hotel and this did the job. thank you.

I felt that the parking should have been included in the price of the stay.

Everything was beyond expectation as far as room, and the breakfast the next day.

They have a Tesla charging space available, but want $25.00 for 2 hours, which is completely ridiculous. They should have 2 and provide for overnight as these are very slow chargers. Maybe if they install Level 2 chargers, but not at $25.00 for 2 hours. This was an insult to offer such low quality charging at such a high price.

Location with shopping and food near by. Comfort and amenities were nice and no issues with free parking. I extended my stay an additional day.

I was on the Monterey Rd side and could hear the traffic. Breakfast was a 8/10 due to no bacon offered for 2 days.

Property was clean and well maintained with all the necessities and no frills. Staff were helpful and courteous.

I loved the convenience of having the hotel provide breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! Many hot and cold options were available. The food was always well stocked. Everything was super clean. I had a great experience staying in your hotel.
