I've lived in San Jose for most of live and I've never actually check this hotel out before until recently. Very neat location, next to the Capitol Drive-In and CalTrain station, perfect for taking early morning trips to San Francisco. This was the only place I was able to book for me and my girlfriend before the prices skyrocketed due to the NVIDIA AI conference happening that week. Very comfortable room and beds, TV was great and included DirectTV, tho I mostly ended up using my personal Amazon Fire TV stick to stream YouTube and other shows on it. The breakfast was quite good, who doesn't love making fresh waffles off the iron? 🧇 The scrambled eggs were alright, tho they were powered eggs, but the sausages made up for it. The cheese omlettes they had on some days were delicious! Only slight issues we had is that cover for the ceiling light randomly came off on the last day of our stay, and we couldn't put it back together. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay, and the staff was very helpful and housekeeping were on point when they fixed up our rooms whenever we went out in our many dates. I'll definitely come back again!

It was quiet. No noise from upstairs or either neighbor or hallway.

I'm pretty sure it's time for new mattresses as there were definite divots and lumps. Caused hips to hurt if not moved regularly. There is black mold around air conditioner. Also no chair that will work for desk and no light for padded chair in hall/walkway to beds. And why I'll never understand do you provide ONE luggage rack for 4 people.

The young man on the check in desk was extremely polite and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was big and the shower was huge! The breakfast was served in a little room to the side of the hotel and had cereal, porridge. Yogurts, apples, toast, scrambled egg, sausage etc. There was a variety of teas, coffee and orange juice. Sadly we arrived too late to use the pool but it looked clean.

Nothing. This is a little gem of a hotel.

The office was so polite and made sure I had a little extra time in the morning because my trip was so late. He was very kind and understanding so I'll definitely be staying there every time I need to be in San Jose.

I loved that I could see my car outside my window and could see that there was just enough parking spaces currently. But it looks like they're doing some construction and remodeling.

The room was really clean. The staff was very nice and when I asked for a safe room they put me in the room next to the front desk. I left my laptop and when I called they were so kind and helpful. The front desk clerk is sending it to me Good breakfast too. Convenient to the convention center.

The sign on the street is low and small. It was a little hard to see, especially at night.

I really like the fact that is not a huge place with plenty of parking and is on the main road to town. The location works for me as it is only a few minutes of where I needed to go.

The place is not run down but it could use a little cleaning of the carpets and exterior cement. All in all this is a nice cozy place. The breakfast was very good and just a few steps from the room.

Room size, breakfast options and value. A few blocks up the road is a fully featured shopping center with Applebees, Panera, Coldstone, Ross, Famous Dave’s…lots of food and 2 hour entertainment choices.

Disinterested staff in the AM. PM Check-in Clerk very kind, friendly and interested. Breakfast Room staff AWESONE! Helpful responsive and kept the place spotless. I spilled and before I could finish apologizing it was cleaned up and over with!

Beds were good I was very pleased how clean the property was inside and out. The, only complaint was the bathroom desperately needs attention. Tiles need to be replaced ,caulking around the tub needs attention. They have updated everything else in the room Perhaps that will be next.🤔 I would happily stay at this property again. Also, the area was quiet, and I felt safe.

The breakfast was so good and the pool was really clean. There was a patio for non smokers and another table downstairs for those that do want to smoke. Place was also really safe with a lock to the elevators and to the utilities like the gym.

I didn’t like that the gate was locked for the pool so we had to go through the lobby wet after getting out of the pool.

Breakfast was good and the morning staff was very nice.

There was 2 things I didn’t like, one was that the room only came with 2 towels when it was a family of 4. And another thing that one of the pillows had a stain
