The staff were very helpful in locating out three rooms very close together as I had asked. In all other respects they were helpful and professional. The day we arrived was a holiday and the breakfast was 'cancelled'. Staff said it was complimentary and therefore not something we had paid for. I did not think that was honest. The next day however the breakfast was available. So just be forewarned if traveling during holidays.

Did not realize that the lobby would not be open and the remodeling in progress. Photos during reservation process did not reflect this.

Front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. Entire place had a boutique hotel feel that I loved! I also loved the unusually bright, modern decor in the lobby and the room was great too....Mid century modern. Loved the fact that the bed did not have a comforter/bedspread on it. Made it feel very clean!!! Bathroom was large and had a blow dryer and lighted makeup mirror in it. The grounds were absolutely charming! My room was in a little courtyard area with a Gazebo. Price was great compared to other hotels in the area. Bottom line... I would like to live there ;) I highly recommend and I will definitely be staying there again.

I could hear my neighbors a little more than I would prefer. I could hear him simply clearing his throat so I was worried about my TV volume possibly bothering my neighbors since I'm a night owl. Definitely not a deal breaker for me though.

I adored the little room and unique decor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable.

I was there during lobby renovations which created a couple of small inconveniences, but nothing to complain about and I would happily stay here again when in town.

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and there was a lot of activity in the pool area with children and adults enjoying themselves, while being considerate of others. It was a very pleasant, upbeat environment. The premises and accommodations are clean and cheerful. The breakfast was a nice addition with several choices.

I would have liked a longer stay. This is the sort of place where it would be nice just to hang out.

Room is cozy and clean, having a tub for hot bath with high volume of hot water. space is big enough very easy to open the luggage case.

The hotel is under refreshing. The main entrance is closed and have to use the other doors to enter or exit. Yet, those doors are not locked nor controlled which might be security concern. Also, due to refreshing, there are plastic and paper cover on some aisles and it became quite unpleasant when the wind blew. I had a terrible sleep on the second day. But, the stuff was kind and considerate to change my room to the back which was far from the area under refreshing.

The rooms are renovated very nicely - kind of 60s-70s style, with a vacation vibe. The desk is a good size with a comfortable chair and one can work there very conveniently. The pool area is very nice and is really fun to sit there and relax, the pool itself is bigger than most in such hotels - you can really have fun there for a few hours. Also, if weather permits, you can have your breakfast by the pool.

Breakfast buffet was limited. For example, on Sunday, they had scrambled eggs and cream cheese but they didn't have this on Monday (only boiled eggs, no cream cheese). Instead of the scrambled egg, they had pancakes that seemed a bit over cooked

Nice room with all you need. The pool area and jacuzzi are great assets when you have time to relax. Close (walking distance) to Indian restaurants and stores. Not central but if you have a car you should be just fine. Free parking

Breakfast could be better. Also you should consider real plates and cutlery, this would elevate the breakfast experience with few points.

Great hotel, fun colors, very nice saltwater pool. It was quiet. Our kid enjoyed all the color and we enjoyed the safety and cleanliness. The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning our room and were super friendly in every situation.

The breakfast was okay. Wish there was a couple different milks to use and individual cups of yogurt might have been easier. Our bed was really worn on one side so my husband and I switched sides after the first night. The bathrooms are a little on the small size, but everything functioned fine.

The staff is cheerful. The room was small but very clean. It had more than enough electrical outlets for all devices. It had a pleasant view of the pool and one could barely hear the cheerful voices of adults and children swimming. Breakfast choices were limited but of high standards. The hotel is a convenient distance to Kaiser hospital.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The hotel maintained a remarkable level of cleanliness while offering exceptional value for the price. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by R.J., the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, his genuine friendliness and impeccable service set the tone for my entire visit. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience. I wholeheartedly commend R.J. for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
