The property was good. In a high commercial area which makes it convenient to get coffee and food. Best thing about the hotel is the staff and their level of service and hospitality.

The property itself is great. Has everything you need. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and good location. The worst thing is in part why we chose the hotel which is ironic. It’s in Santana Row which is very commercial and safe- I think I’m just getting annoyed at the heavy commercial feel to the area. But it’s a mall haha so that’s on me.

The Hotel Valencia is a gorgeous place , and so full of little hidden sitting spaces to enjoy... quiet and peaceful in the daytime. Great location , lovely staff and immaculate rooms. Wonderful overnight stay!

Very loud common areas after cocktail hour until late - out in the streets as well. No pastry or fruit with coffee in the morning??

Love the stay but the breakfast option could have been better communicated. We were recommended to go to cocola for breakfast but this was not a breakfast place, just a bakery. Also not sure why we asked out for a drivers license and keys when come back to the hotel after dinner.

We arrived in a Sat night when the night life was buzzing. The Valencia uses the same elevators to get patrons to the night life bar upstairs. (Check in for the Valencia is on the 2nd floor) It confused me/question if I had the wrong place and was inundated me with the overwhelming thick scent of marijuana and alcohol. It certainly wasn’t something I was expecting when I arrived. To make that experience less intensive for other guests (particularly the elderly/those with health hazards) please think about having an elevator strictly for the hotel guests during those weekend night life recurrences. Thank you

The room was great, we had a balcony with a decent view. The bed was very comfortable. The bed is typically our biggest concern. All and all I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested. The 5th floor pool and spa was very nice.

A little on the pricey side, but I feel we got our money's worth. That is my only complaint

The location is the best - right in the middle of Santana row and you walk to all the shops including Valley Fair Mall across the street.

I hate to say this, but I had definite sticker shock with the pricing. I understand the cost to run a business, especially an upscale business, after working at accounting firms for 20 years. I also worked at a family owned B&B in San Francisco while in college. But still, I was a little taken back by the pricing for a standard room. Other than that, I have to tell you you run an excellent hotel. I stay with you because I feel comfortable and safe with you. The staff is friendly, the valet staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and I feel SAFE staying with you as a single woman. Thank you!!

Everyone was so super friendly and nicely very clean. This isn’t my first time saying that I highly recommend it

The location was excellent. Very good access to shopping, excellent meals and transportation was easily accessible. The street ambiance was great with a festive vibe with outside wine bar, restaurants and live music.

Most services have been stopped possibly due to COVID. No room service unless requested per item of need. The hotel was very quiet and yet the front desk staff never remembered we were staying there. We were there for four days and conversed with them every day. No concierge and the front desk staff new nothing about the area or the resources for exploration of the area. The Valet was excellent though.
