I always choose to stay at Sonesta hotels when I travel to San Jose for work, especially for long-term stays. Among the Sonesta properties in the area, I find that this hotel is nice, modern, and clean, especially when compared to Sonesta Select San Jose Airport and Sonesta Milpitas. The receptionist at this hotel is friendly and helpful. Unlike the others, no one knocks on my door at 10 am and rushes me to check out.

The noise from the floor above is audible. Remember to request a room on a high floor (the third floor is the best option). I've spent over 40 nights at Sonesta hotels in the past 6 months, but unfortunately, I was unaware of the Travel Pass program until this stay. Is there any way for me to redeem my points?

Nice lobby, helpful attentive staff, breakfast food was good and worth the price, fresh oj everything was warm and good ingredients,l and cooked just right, room was spacious, bathroom was very nice, wireless charging nightstands and keurieg in the room with good selection, everything was clean and modern

Our bodywash dispenser was empty when I went to shower, tv channel selection wasn't very big, and bagels were missing from the breakfast buffet but otherwise it was a pretty good selection of food

The hotel was clean but when I entered my room 330 there was food peas and some kind of meat left on the carpet in front of the dresser from the previous guests that was not vacuumed. It was hard and dry so I just cleaned it up with a disinfectant wipe. The coffee utensil pouches were used/and not replaced so no sugar for coffee so I had to go buy some. I was told if I signed up for the Sonata membership I would get 1000 points but I only got 500. There was some noise from the housekeepers but aside from the above the say was ok.

The hotel is very clean , that’s why we stayed and in very good location for what we needed (49ers game) the bed 🛌 are comfortable. This hotel in my opinion to stay 1-3 days only . It’s Good Hotel The lady at the restaurant, is super kind taking your beverage order (coffee, water, orange juice, etc) and the tables were beautiful. She was super nice , polite with all the guest.

Part that I didn’t like , it’s that we arrived a little earlier. And hotel wanted to change us $40.00 fee for an early check in . But we only wait , a lot Guests were waiting as well.

Bed is comfy. I like the thermostat which I can set to the preferred temperature. I can watch multiple channels on TV which is nice. Staffs are really nice, they provide information on where to visit around this season. Location of the hotel is convenient. All the locations I want to visit are around 10 - 20 min away.

The height of the bathtub is too low for me. The hallway is pretty cold on second floor. I don't like the Spanish language on TV setting, I didn't know how to switch the language to TV menu.

Big room, nice accomodation. The apple pie at Manzanita was particularly good. Staff was very kind, shoutout to the bartender!

For the price I would've expected incuded breakfast. Maybe bad timing, but my blankets were never replaced.

Very friendly staff with a clean and comfortable room. I liked the fitness center and the restaurant was very nice.

It was a little far from downtown San Jose. But I was there on business anyway, so it was not a problem.

On the website, it says we won’t have to pay for anything once we check it. It didn’t mention anything about having to pay for parking or put a deposit down. I feel like that’s false advertisement.

I was greeted with a smile from Sara as I approached the front desk. I told her about my not so good experience with my room at the other Sonesta Hotel in Milpitas. Sara immediately apologized and told me to please let them know if I have any issues. I loved this property and the environment. It's very convenient, just off the freeway exit.

There is no microwave in the room. Going to the hallway near the ice cooler to use the microwave sliding off the table, it's not cool at all .

The breakfast was excellent. The staff kept the food rotated and fresh. Beds were comfortable.

I was disappointed that we communicated prior to our arrival that we wanted our rooms close together or adjoining. They confirmed they would do this, then it didn’t happen. Wasn’t the end of the world, but disappointing.
