The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was beautiful; it smelt fresh and inviting. My room was much larger than I expected. loved that it had fireplace (Even though I didn't use it on this trip) Large patio and two sliding doors which allowed lots of light in the room. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. The pool area was nice, plenty of room for families to enjoy and a good-sized BBQ area, I loved the patio lights in the evening. The well-organized/ easy to identify waste and recycling areas were a nice touch as well. I enjoyed my morning walks; the area is beautiful. I wandered over to the Raquet club where I was greeted by a nice employee who filled me in on all services that were available, IE: gym, tennis courts, and additional pool. I stopped in at the Wellness center and took advantage of some of their services during my stay as well, it was lovely. I booked my stay, to get some "quite time" to allow me to get caught up on my workload. It was so much more than that, I achieved my goal by getting my work done and squeezing in time for myself. (A mini mental reboot) As a longtime resident of Ramona, I have heard of the Riveria resort, I thought it was more like a time share and not open to the public. I'm happy to find that we have this gem, right here in our own back yard. I plan to do this more often.

I stayed in one of the older original rooms. I realized it is an older building with normal wear and tear. However, I do feel like a little more attention to cleaning detail in the Kitchen and bathroom are warranted.

Problem with TV sound the 1st night that couldn’t be resolved until the following day, then when it was fixed, it wasn’t checked out thoroughly so when we tried to watch something with a DVD, the TV still buzzed very loudly. A cable had been replaced and the TV sound worked but when watching a DVD the loud buzz was still there and because we didn’t discover it until evening it couldn’t be taken care of until the next day. We were only there for 2 nights. There’s not much going on and the TV didn’t have streaming, but it was just a minor inconvenience.

everything! It was better than I could have ever imagined!!!!! The front desk staff were so incredibly kind and helpful :) I loved all the snacks for purchase in the lobby! I felt absolutely in love and transported to another decade in our condo, I want to come back for every trip just to stay there. I even talked to my partner about how cute a wedding in the parking lot would be, surrounded by the motel style rooms.

Everything was PERFECT

It is such a nice resort. Tucked away in the San Diego County hills. Very quiet and secluded. We stayed in a two-bedroom Villa. Spacious with a kitchen, living area, dining room and a large back patio. They also have a nice text messaging system to get immediate attention, if necessary.

Sadly the main bedroom restroom had a bad odor upon check in. They offered to move me to another room, but I declined, as I had already unloaded my luggage. The next morning, I used their text messaging system to let them know I was leaving and they were able to eliminate the odor. It was determined that the shower curtain needed to be replaced. Additionally, while the facility is very nice, it is dated and could use a bit of a upgrade. Furniture and carpeting, specifically.

Front desk agent was wonderful , very nice , ver my Personable , I’m sorry I forgot her name . Facility was great unfortunately it rained during my stay so I was unable to take advantage of all the amenities on the property , the room was beyond perfect and what we wanted , it has huge , very comfortable , and my only recommendation would be for maybe a housekeeping supervisor to double check the room for adequate cleaning and maybe a deep cleaning and a little bit of maintenance, again very small compared to overall experience. I also didn’t care for the “instructions on how to leave room” We had to load the dishwasher and run a cycle before we left , after being charged an $80 cleaning fee. Didn’t care for that at all.

We always stay here when visiting our family. We enjoy entertaining them at the game room and pools. The apartments are comfortable and roomy with nice kitchens and a great balconies with table, umbrella, and lounge chairs. The snacks available at the front desk are a nice addition.

Not gonna lie to you, I come here almost every year the only thing I can say is. On the cabinets the knobs/handles were coming off a bit and there were multiple TV remotes, one w batteries and one without so I would have to switch between them. But in my opinion it wasn't that big a deal, I will continue to come back and stay at this wonderful place.

The location is beautiful, the suite is very spacious, the space is clean and well cared for, we loved having a kitchenette, it was fun to be able to rent games from the front desk, the pool (especially the one near the courts) had a beautiful view; the lounge/billiard room off of the lobby is spacious and beautifully remodeled

It would have been great to be informed at the beginning that we could rent bikes for free; we only found out at the end of our stay when we didn't have time to rent them

The location of this property is beautiful, so peaceful and serene. The check-in process was easy and the staff member was very helpful. The room was much larger than we thought with a living room, kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and the bedroom was large and spacious. We enjoyed the private patio area attached to the room.

No complaints :)

Some of the amenities should be upgraded. Water pressure in the shower so weak. The water from the sink goes down slowly, under kitchen sink water dripping and the air conditioner doesn’t work well. New pillows & few more pots and pans would be great. However, service is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent too
