Staff was great. Location was excellent. Room was fine. Shower was good. Lots of parking. Rodeway provided us with what we wanted/asked for - ADA room, smoking, ground floor.

We had only one issue that came up 2 days BEFORE we were leaving. They called our room and said since we had a smoking room, we weren't to smoke outside in the "hallway". Don't understand what that means since our room was on the ground floor, facing outside and there was no hallway. When we walked out of our room, we were almost directly in the parking lot. So, because we only had a couple more days, we simply went all the way to our vehicle if we wanted to smoke outside. Annoying but it didn't ruin our visit to Santee.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were willing to give me a refun for the night I did not use. The water was immediately hot when it needed to be with great water pressure.

I did not care to be placed in a smoking room despite my picky desire to have a bottom floor room. I guess all the first first non-smoking rooms were taken. It was not terrible and I did not allow it to ruin my experience. Although coffee is offered in the lobby, the rooms did not come with coffee or hot water pots.

Awesome spot I travel with my 4yr old and he loves it the staff is really nice and its close to shopping and food

I stay twice a month , every month,total of 4 days.a discount for returning guest would be nice.the motel 6 offered it to me but my son likes the rodeway inn better.not a complaint but it would be nice.and I just booked another 2days just now we'll be returning at the end of this month as well.thx guys

The location was wonderful. I didn’t want to stay directly in the heart of the city. This hotel is about 25 minutes east of downtown, and the city of Santee is beautiful. I also loved that the pool was clean and there were no children around. My stay was as quiet and peaceful as desired.

I can’t say anything terrible about the property or the staff. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were incredibly polite. I only wish there was a lower rate for a longer stay. Please consider a six night deal. I would love to return in January.

I liked that it had carpet 2 tables chairs and a microwave and fridge huge plus with your staying more than 1 day the staff were very nice and helpful. Very kid friendly I had my eyes old and he loved it the area was very quiet and near shipping and food itwas a great stay I'll for sure be back

The staff are professional and extremely helpful in booking rooms. They really look out for the guests and make them feel welcome with requested accommodation. The location is convenient for shopping and a good selection of restaurants in walking distance.

I will say that the employees over this hotel gave me the best service that I have ever had, The front desk stuff (Guy & Lady) they performed professionally and efficiently. So if there is a 7 star rating, then they deserve it. Service room daily, great people. At checkout very smooth and professional. Great location,nextdoor to shops and stores. I will come back again. Thanks a lot for great service.

Good location close to family; quiet; well maintained.

There wasn’t any coffee in the lobby on Sunday morning; when taking a shower, the water went all over the floor ( this might be because it’s a handicapped accessible shower).

Friendly, efficient front desk that accommodated my wish for an early check-in, and a clean, comfortable and big-enough room. Didn't get to the pool, but it looked great and many casual dining options nearby.

No complaints, enjoyed my short stay and the price was right.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, I slept well. There were recent updates to sink and vanity, tub and shower enclosure and flooring.

Uncomfortable plastic chairs and really old outdated furniture.
