There is no breakfast service, except coffee in the room. They have minimal staff, and reduced hours of operation. They contacted me by text, and told me what I needed to know to get in and out of the booking easily. The room was very clean and well equipped. Overwhelming smell of bleach cleanser had me open windows right away and keep them open throughout my stay.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this property! Staff was so sweet and informative! Great and breathtaking views! Others said go here or there for sunset and sunrise…but we sat outside our room and got the most amazing sunset I’ve ever seen! The food options were amazing! Za’s food was so good and the staff was nice and attentive! If we ever pass back thru again we are 100% staying here!

Nothing at all other than that we couldn’t stay longer!

Small parking lot, we have a large vehicle and had trouble parking. There was a underground area but our truck couldnt fit. Too many compact cars using the larger spaces was challenging.

Great location, walking distance to most restaurants in Tahoe City, room/bathroom was clean. Staff was helpful and quick to respond when my room had an issue. The room had extra blankets.

The heater in my room did not work, it would not turn on, then it did turn on and it was blowing cold air. The receptionist tried to fix it, but couldn’t. They offered to move my room or bring a space heater. It was 10 PM and I had already unpacked my belongings. I opted for the space heater, which warmed the room up, but couldn’t be left on while sleeping. It was warm with the space heater and despite the heater not working, I would stay here again.

Old carpet was wet in several spots. Outside stairs had Ripped carpet kid of a tripping hazard. Elevator got stuck . We were told inn was being refurbished in October of this year. I hope so needs some improvements.

Great location. Shower was decent. Easy to park. Staff was cordial and nice to communicate with.

I paid an extra price for a lake view, which put me on the tower at the fourth floor. Not bad, but you will barely see the view because of the trees anyways, so not necessarily a plus. You are better exploring the city and be out of the room for a really nice view. Rooms are modest and a bit dated. However, functional for one night stop.

Nice and simple place to stay. Great location with a lake view, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room has all the necessities, including hair dryer and a coffee maker. Friendly staff.

Rooms and amenities are quite old. Heater would squeak for a couple of minutes before switching on.

The hotel was minutes away from the lake, (that was a plus) the room was pretty decent, we stayed on the second floor and it had pretty nice view, the room also had a microwave, coffee maker, and a small fridge.

The TV cable didn't work properly, only a few channels were available. The room had an odor but it was fixed by opening the windows and let the air flow.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure everything was as it should be. The location was amazing and for a great price which is what I was looking for

Location, location, location. The 7th floor rooms offer cathedral ceiling which makes the room feel bigger.

Deferred maintenance ie: peeling wall paper in the bathroom, broken floor tiles near the elevator.
