I liked the front desk service, the rooms where nice and spacious, with a nice kitchen area and the bathrooms were great. Having the fireplace on the balcony was a nice touch for those who get cold at night. The Pool and Jacuzzi pool were very nice.

The balcony was small for a 3 bedroom villas the pictures online show them larger with a table with seating for all. Update pictures to be actual rooms you are booking if different. You advertised the fire pit with s'mores when this was not operating due to insurance issues this should have been noted at the time of booking. Also the pool side gates should have key access and not make you walk all the way around. Also this last one not a major issue but it would be nice to have the pool open a little later in the summer months and not close at 9pm all year round.

Lovely. There is a lot to do! We came as a couple and our teenager stayed to finish finals. We loved it!!

The gym didn’t open at 5 am as it stated. Or 7am, which is when we got there. The maintenance crew tried to help us. So it wasn’t a reflection on the staff service…. Accountability with an outside contractor, it seemed.

Clean rooms and kind guest service. Their village recreation area caters to all of your vacation needs, with a beautiful pool and many rooms overlooking the sunrise peaking the mountains.

The TVs could use an update and the bedding isn’t very soft but it is very clean.

It was beautiful and centrally located near shops and ski in/out location.

This is not really a stroller friendly property. There could be more signage for the elevator and ramps as well. The cable TV is outdated (no streaming or Bluetooth connectivity). The activity center could use an update (the basketball game is broken), regular cleaning/sanitation of their toys (some items had questionable dried up stains on them so I didn’t let my baby play with them), and the hours of operation for the activity center is not accurate (a staff member said it would be 15 minutes before someone would reopen for the advertised St Patrick’s day activity but no one came).

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! Our villa was gorgeous—beautifully designed, spacious, and surrounded by peaceful, tranquil scenery. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

All was great

Lovely large apartment with great facilities. Kitchen had everything we needed. Facility was great with pool, gym and hot tubs accessible. Close to resort village for shops and food and on site fire pits and games. Great underground car park.

This is a ski resort and well appointed for the runs but in the summer needed 20 min drive to Lake Tahoe which was the main attraction in this season. This was not a problem as we had a car. Walking in hills was possible.

Location was excellent. And rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were nice sizes.

The furniture was outdated and need upgrades. The pool had no indoor access. Had to walk outside to get to pool area. No lodge or nice recreation area. And this facility is not really ski in and ski out but close walking distance to lifts.

Big appointment, kitchen, balcony, I like it.

you could hear the neighbors from all sides, it was very noisy and there were a lot of people in the jacuzzi, one family just sat every time and didn’t let anyone into the small jacuzzi, and in the big one there were only children and very small ones. It was not very pleasant to sit in the evening, there was no privacy, especially on the balcony.

2 bedroom villa is massive and can easily accommodate a large group of people. Kitchen is fully stocked. Large spacious bathrooms. Large open-concept living space and lots of areas for storage and this is important since ski gear tends to be bulky! Lots of closets and hangers etc.

The staff is excellent, the rooms are kitted out with all kinds of amenities, the fire pit was a surprise bonus, and the village wasn't something I knew about when booking. It was a (nearly) perfect winter wonderland!

The climate controls in the lodge room were too restrictive. Woke up overheated multiple times in the night because I could only set the thermostat as low as 67 degrees, far too warm for the down comforter on the bed. Taking out our own trash is weird. I have never before encountered a hotel where guests were required to do this.
