The housekeeping was very rude and I even tipped her!!! Also we had an issue with check-in and no one could resolve it. I had to book an entirely different room for more money the same room I booked last time for a less amount!

Location is great. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was ok. Fruit was old. The communication between the property and booking.com needs to be much better. We tried canceling due to hazard conditions in flagstaff and was told that we should receive an answer within 24-48 hours . Well, we never heard anything at all so we ended up traveling 1 1/2 hours out of the way to get to the hotel. I finally received a message through the App the day we checked out.

Breakfast was fantastic. Egg omelets was delicious with bacon and sausage. Coffee was hot and fresh had it with a cinnamon roll. The room was comfortable, and we were afraid it would be too bright, but the room was nice and dark.

The housekeepers seemed to be overworked. Poor things were running around trying to clean rooms and bring items to the guest rooms in such a short time.

The staff was lovely as always, immaculate room and grounds, a beautiful view of the hills and flowering trees from the well appointed room, great bathroom lighting for putting on makeup (I am always amazed at how many nice hotels fail at this), and best of all bacon and eggs and a perfect bagel at the breakfast buffet!

Only thing was there was mold in out ac vents in our room. There was a lot of it. It was even lumpy.

Great hotel - easy on and off Highway 58. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had good protein options. Fitness center was well equipped and everything worked - nice rower, btw. Sierra was great at the front desk - very friendly and helpful. Location is nice for a morning walk before hitting the road again.

The room was a little dark. Otherwise, no complaints.

Perfect location for passing through Tehachapi on an overnight stop. Especially loved how close it was to a Starbucks for the morning and a gas station. Also really comfy and large bed.

The breakfast there was wonderful and they had good attendees to serve you if needed, I would recommend that hotel to all of my friends on their way to Arizona from Northern California, thank you for the good stay

Breakfast was ok, I can’t stand fake eggs! Location was good, easy to find!

Toilet paper needs an upgrade! It was so thin!

Great location, lovely property, immaculate room, and a nice breakfast as well! The staff knew we were in town for a funeral service, they were very sweet with kind words for us, arranged a late check out so we didn’t have to rush back afterwards.

The heater was pretty noisy, but that’s about it
