My stay at the Toiyabe Motel was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a stressful event, and returning to this peaceful, clean, and comfortable room was a true respite. The motel is beautifully maintained and filled with thoughtful comfort items that made it feel like a home away from home. Its location is ideal easy to access and provided a simple route in and out of the city. Most importantly, the environment felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. I highly recommend the Toiyabe Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and calming place to stay.

I truly enjoyed my time at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The beds were clean, cozy, and everything in the room was in perfect order. Additionally, there’s plenty of parking space available, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

It's a very nice, quiet motel with knotty pine interiors, a nice bathroom and shower/bath, and is dog friendly. It's within walking distance of what Walker, CA has to offer and a short drive to other destinations (Topaz Lake, Topaz Lake Lodge and Casino, and some very scenic drives and hikes). And for us, it was very quiet and I didn't hear a single fireworks boom over the last several years that I have been going here over the Independence Day holiday. Getting away from the noise of the Independence Day holiday was our goal for our dog and Walker, CA always delivers.

The price was cheaper than other motels in the area room was clean and comfortable. The front desk guy was friendly and helpful especially when we needed directions to a local restaurant. The location was convenient, right off the highway Our only minor issue was that the guest next door was having a party so there was a little noise but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, we would recommend this motel and would stay here again

My wife and I really liked the wooden room. We booked it for one night and then added another night. Our room and bathroom were super clean. It’s a nice place, close to nature, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly they let us use their kitchen for cooking and even gave us milk tea, which was awesome! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

I’ve stayed in many motels, but this one was awesome super clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. We went fishing and had a barbecue, then walked around. The motel is right on Highway 395. We checked in very late, and it was the only motel open 24 hours. The guy working there was nice he even helped us clean the fish and barbecue. Highly recommended 😃

We went to Walker for fishing. It’s a very small town, and our experience was wonderful a beautiful and quiet place. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The WiFi worked well, and the motel even had a place to clean the fish. A barbecue facility was also available. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

I had an amazing stay at Toiyabe motel The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, and I slept great. The staff, especially Nick at the front desk, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I also appreciated the easy parking and convenient location. I highly recommend this motel and will definitely be back.

We were stranded in snow and this was a last min find for a family of 3 for one night. Room was surprisingly well stocked up for a motel. They had shampoo, soap, fridge, microwave, hot water, heaters, and a general store one minute drive away

Toilet was making some noise and we had to turn off the water source at night to avoid it.

I had a great experience at the motel, especially after such a long and tiring journey. Finding a clean, warm, and comfortable place to rest after hours of travel can make all the difference. The reasonable price is definitely a bonus! It’s always a relief to discover a spot you’d happily return to. highly recommended.... 😊
