The location was amazing. Literally a few steps away from AJAX and the ski hire Four Mountains which provides an excellent ski concierge service so you keep your skis with them all week and every day you tell them where you want your skis to be in the morning, which allows you to seamlessly access all mountains. The room was large and spacious and if you had wanted to cook the kitchen was fully stocked. The staff were really accomodating and the pool and spa were nice and warm for an after ski soak. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside to this wonderful stay was the pillows which were shockingly bad. Long rectangles of pure soft fluff. Just horrible to sleep on and they had no firm pillow substitutes. The only negative for the accomodation. So bad, I went searching for a pillow. I wish I had done an amazon order on day 1.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern kitchen appliances, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thoughtful extras like a complimentary bag, cereal, and water bottles were a nice touch. Although the requested cot was not initially provided, it arrived promptly upon request. The hotel's central location in the downtown area offered convenient access to the ski lift, and the underground parking was a great feature.

For the price, I expected a higher standard. Unfortunately, the pools were unusable due to dirt and bugs, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hob was frustratingly slow, making cooking a challenge.

A delightful place to get to stay. Gorgeous view. Our room faced the ski mountain. Loved the hot tub option on the patio downstairs. Very, very comfortable bed. They thought of everything we might need in the bathroom and the kitchen. One suggestion, I think it needs a port for charging phones on both sides of the bed instead of just one side for added convenience. I had my own charging options just in case so I was ok. Such a great location to get to places by walking. We rented electric bikes at a shop a block away for a whole day and had a blast. Loved that a City Market was so close and we could enjoy the added convenience of staying in when we wanted to just use our kitchenette. Very helpful staff with all of our questions.

The room was facing the mountain, so it was beautiful. There was a lot of closet space, so even if there was 2 more people with me we would have fit comfortably. There was a pull out couch in the room. The kitchen area was exceptional, clean and modern. There was a fireplace in the room and a huge patio with table and chairs. the room was amazing. I am absolutely coming back.

I wish the hotel would allow for smaller sized dogs to be able to stay. I have a small 3 pound yorkie that needed to stay with my parents in their hotel room because this location said no dogs allowed.

I have stayed at many different accommodation. Aspen Sq Condo Hotel is the best stay thus far. The location, amenities and the studio apartment were outstanding. Special mention must go to housekeeping. The kitchen and kitchen ware were extremely clean. I could tell that all the staff took pride in their work. Well done! Room was spacious and the view of the ski slope was good. Thank you for allowing us to have a fabulous stay.

The location of Aspen Square is its strongest attribute. Directly across the street from the Nel and on the same block as Popycock's for breakfast. The short walking distance to everything of interest is a bonus. We only accessed a very tiny portion of the amenities provided both by Aspen Square and within our room. It lacks for nothing.

It's more expensive than we can really afford on a recuring basis and a 4 hour drive from our home in Denver. But, whenever we've needed a place in Aspen, we've always stayed there since the 1980's.

The staff were all super nice, all very friendly and often asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and perfect for our stay, we used the kitchen for breakfast and it had everything we needed. The location was also perfect, could park the car and walked all over the town for shopping and meals. I can imagine it would be even nicer location for mountain access to ski/snowboard. My daughter left some clothing behind on a shelf that we missed when leaving, housekeeping set it aside and was able to mail it back to her. Really appreciated that! Loved the little special things , especially the tea bags in the room! I have got to get more of that tea!!!

The room was quite warm and we had to use the air conditioner. it was very loud. Ended up turning it off and opening the slider even though it was chilly outside.

It felt like 'home away from home' - the beds and bedding were so comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were very helpful and relaxed. We arrived early and left late and were offered 3 hours extra each side of our stay which made our overnight much better- very grateful thank you 🙏🏼

You can't have better location. Right in town and only a block to the slopes. Room was very nice and had everything you needed.

It was expensive for the office season. Most stores were closed. Museums and attractions not open on Mondays.

We ate breakfast at Poppycocks. It was excellent, no wait, and staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. It was literally eight next door to our hotel.

I loved everything about our visit to the Aspen Square. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
