This is an exceptional hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The daily - and included! - breakfast is great and it even includes gluten free bread options. The location is central. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening. The hotel was very family- and dog-friendly! We look forward to coming back on future trips to the area.

The beds were a little firm for my own personal comfort, but obviously that is particular to me and my family. The only other thing that I would recommend as an improvement is giving better directions to finding the hotel. We drove from Denver, and it is quite confusing trying to find the hotel from the car. The only access point is through the underground garage and, since we didn't know that ahead of time, we drove past it several times trying to figure out how to get to the hotel. Once we figured it out, it wasn't a big deal; just that initial discovery was difficult. I think this could be alleviated by letting guests know ahead of time when they receive their reservation reminder. Other than that, no complaints!

Best location in Snowmass, right next to the Gondola and short walk to the Village Express chair for skiing. The ice rink is right outside the front door and you can walk to multiple restaurants in the base village. Ski rental is also located next door and there is a ski valet inside the hotel.

There is no pool, just two large hot tubs with no views. The breakfast buffet is good but could use more variety each morning (same thing every morning other than one or two items)

Location is unparalleled for skiing Aspen SnowMass. Lifts are right outside the door. The hotel had a great ski locker that you could store your gear in. Excellent room, comfortable and clean. High end coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Hotel breakfast was amazing -- lots of variety in food choices.

It's expensive (ski tickets and hotel), parking was charged daily if you have a car. Not enough breakfast seating unless you went later. The hotel is loud -- you can hear people in the hallways. The hotel is a family hotel so lots of kids -- not really suitable for couples. The elevator is very, very slow and the hotel was packed with people even though it was January off hours.

The location can't be beat, literally right next to the Elk Camp Gondola and steps away from the Village Lift. The breakfast buffet each morning was fantastic and the happy hour food/drinks were great too. The rooms are comfortable with a small sink and refrigerator and large bathrooms.

The concierge dropped the ball getting our lift tickets and ski rentals taken care of and as a result we were delayed getting on the mountain. I believe it was an honest mistake and they gave us a food & beverage credit to make up for it.

Location is excellent, room and ski room are very good. Ski-in, ski-out is perfect. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. We appreciate free shuttle from airport and to Aspen city. The hot-tub is excellent, it had right temperature (hot is important) and jest for very good muscle relaxation after day of skiing.

Breakfast is very basic for such expensive hotel. We ate in the hotel's restaurant once and it was also very basic. These services can be improved and make this hotel even more attractive.

The breakfast was excellent. It was as good if not better than many I have had at all inclusive resorts,Food was fresh and plentiful. There was great variety, something for everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We looked forward to it every morning and there was always something new and different on the menu. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel gifted us with a bottle of champagne and sweets. Yum! So thoughtful.

Would prefer a real swimming pool. though the area around the spas was great for relaxing. A local guide regarding restaurants and things to do would be nice.

We came for our 20th wedding anniversary. I just mentioned it in passing when we were checking in. The next night the staff surprised us with a handwritten note, champagne and a beautiful fruit charcuterie tray. We love the outside area to hang out. It was wonderful to have a place for (other perole’s) kids. The restaurants were great. We loved the gondolas and the views. Also, the shuttle to the Wednesday night local Rodeo was perfect. The room was gorgeous and very well maintained. My favorite small part was the humidifier was refilled every day by their staff. The robes were so soft too. We would absolutely stay here again and loved every minute of it!

This hotel was a delight to stay in. I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Our driver Tom was very personable and helpful with great tips about the area. The concierge was also excellent with helping us to plan our daily activities from hiking and biking to restaurant choices. I have never stayed in a hotel with such QUIET rooms. No hallway noise, no hearing others doors closing etc. We upgraded to a balcony and were so happy with that choice - it was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the free daily bottles of water in the room. Most hotels charge you for water and this was a great touch. We also took advantage of the free use of an Audi (for 2 hours) to explore the area. The Limelight is A++ in my book!

One of the elevators was out of service. Our wait for the elevator was a little annoying, but did not deter us from enjoying our stay! We used the stairs when the wait was too long.

Loved the breakfast; it had much better options than typical U.S. hotel offerings. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and fresh. The linens were soft and comfy. I loved that Limelight uses duvet covers!! So many times I have been thoroughly disgusted by hotel comforters knowing that it has not been washed since last however many guests. Not at Limelight! Duvets were covered by fresh, soft, and clean covers. Finally, there is plenty at the hotel to entertain a 6-year-old (and younger/older) kids--and I appreciated it: pool, hot tub, outside area with activities, a game room... As my 6-year-old said, this hotel is her dream.

I wish there were more options at the restaurant.

The whole trip was amazing. The room was lovely. Very close to a ski lift. Breakfast included. Rock climbing, nice hotel bar and lounge. Super easy to get into Aspen. We also got to use the hotel Audi to explore on our last day. Ended up getting engaged on this trip and will be back again in the future! Tom made everything so perfect!
