I stayed in the Presidential Suite, and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, and it was even bigger than I imagined. I loved the setup in the bathroom. It has a double sink, and the toilet was separated from the shower, which was amazing. I enjoyed the views of the mountain from my balcony.

I didn't like that we were told we had to pay $175 to get our bed spread on the mornings. This was my first time experiencing something like this. Whenever I stay at a hotel, whether it's for 1 week or 3 days, housekeeping usually straightens the room and replenish the bathroom with towels at no additional cost.

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, the advice the staff gave us, and the price was great! The beds were super comfortable, everything was really clean, and the facility itself was very nice with a great patio. The little restaurant in the building was very good, fast, and the staff were extremely efficient.

Our only complaint was about the living room chairs - they were extremely uncomfortable. That being said, I don't think all units have the same chairs. We ended up sitting at the island 'table' and talking, so it was all good.

Hotel was conveniently located in Avon. You can reach most cities within 1.5 hours. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and bike rental within walking distance. We rented a Presidential Suite; definitely worth the money. Staff was very friendly. They said we had our own concierge but he was working remote so he was really no help to us. They have a large hot tub that was very nice after a day of walking/hiking/biking.

Does not mention on the website that there is a parking fee, but there is. It is $20/day and only available as Valet service. Had a hard time getting the car when we had to leave at 6:30 a.m. so I would suggest arranging it the night before you need it. The HVAC in the 2nd bedroom did not work well. Very hot in the bedroom and very cold in the living room/kitchen. We even tried leaving the door open and that didn't help either.

This smallish resort has great rooms in an easy, walkable town. We came in August and wanted to just relax and do some hiking. The two bedrooms were very large, and the master bedroom's bathroom was large and beautiful. The kitchen and living room was beautiful and very comfortable. The balcony had great chairs and was a favorite for reading when the sun wasn't hitting it. The one downsized was there really is not a pool. It is more a very, very large jacuzzi. The kids enjoyed the pool and fusball tables off the library. The eating options are very good. I would recommend Vin 48 and the taco food truck across the street. We took a trip to a lovely state park in the mountains and spent a day shopping and walking around Vail. If you want a quiet comfortable place with access to hiking and good food, this is the place for you. Note: If you are interested in skiing, it will be some work to get to the hills, but they did have a ski valet area.

We loved the property, accommodations, the staff but especially the Concierge Liz. If there was anything we thought excessive it was the only option to park at $35/day and we were 2 couples with 2 cars = $70/day.

I love everything about this property. Great place to come and relax for a week.

The female front desk staff member she was being difficult for no reason. I was over charged for parking, I was charge for 3 days, when I only stayed 2 days.

The location, Avon has free bus service to commute within city limit. Closed to all.

The HVAC in 2nd bed is loud, having hard time to fully rest. It's on/off during night. The door to the balcony can't be locked. Coffee maker is not working but was replace on the 3rd day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ask how to reach them from the room upon arrival. Rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable. Hot tub with waterfall exceptional. S'mores a really nice activity for kids at night. Restaurant on premises made it easy. Bus stops right out front. Walk to restaurants and shopping. The city park near the lake has the best kids playground I've ever seen.

Needed help with phone and TV and they were very responsive. I wish this hotel site could tell me what coffee maker to expect. I really like my own coffee best

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was friendly and courteous, the facilities were extremely clean, and the location was unbeatable. We enjoyed coffee, lemonade, and S'mores. The room was architecturally very well designed, so it feels even bigger. Everything in the room was almost brand new and perfectly cleaned, including the small decorative objects and even the remote controls!

It was sad to leave.

Size of the condo was excellent. Love having the kitchen and laundry amenities so we didn’t have to buy them. Just wish the other bedroom had queen beds not full size.

Wish the AC could go lower than 68. We had to buy a fan to keep air circulating.
