Breakfast was great. The staff from check in to check out were very friendly courteous and helpful. we had a first floor room with west facing window and great view of farm land and Rocky mountains.

Though the room was clean and beds clean and comfortable the refrigerator had items left from a previous stay, kleenix and toilet paper needed replaced when we first got there. due to extreme weather conditions we needed to extend our stay and the rate we paid was not as good as the original rate thru Booking.com

This was a newer hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good for a hotel. We were visiting friends in Nunn, so the location was good and the price was reasonable.

I was disappointed that there wasn't much counter space at the bathroom sink, but it was certainly not a reason to discourage me from staying here again.

Breakfast was much better than we expected, and saved some $ for activities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and a nice retreat after a day of exploring.

There's no elevator to the second floor, but our family was perfectly capable of taking the stairs. The only difficulty there was bringing all of our things in, and back out at check out. Overall not a big deal for us.

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff. One even made very good cookies one night for the guests. The room was quite comfortable and clean

It could have had an elevator- getting to the 2nd floor with a heavy suitcase was a bit hard but in the end it wasn’t so bad

It was nice, clean, comfortable. They had a laundry room so we were able to clean our clothes. After weeks on the road. Very reasonably priced. Our tv wouldn’t work. The lady at the front desk came and fixed it. She also made the most awesome chocolate cookies for her guests. She was very kind and made us feel at home

There was a very slight smoke odor. Also, the first morning, they forgot to warm up the waffle iron.

The rooms were mostly beautifully clean but my favorite thing was the breakfast! The hotel staff must have worked so hard on it and they were so quick to keep everything stocked and clean.

I just found a little garbage under the skirting of my bed. Not a big deal.

Love love love this hotel!!!! there's a couple workers that are just completely amazing!!!! hire every there was two on night shift that were not as quit as great, they kinda ruined it for me, the other two girls i always met we're just so welcoming and perky!!!!

When I asked for a latter check out, usually I pay the extra and go about my way, this round when I asked she seemed like it was a problem, until I told her I always pay a certain amount and it's fine, she then said well if you really need it come back before 11 tomorrow. never had to do that before, her and the other girl were quit odd and rather rude.

It was very nice, clean and bed was very comfortable.

It was very close to railroad tracks and trains did come thru at night. However we requested a room on the back of the motel which they gave us and the noise of the train whistle was very diminished. We also found a spider and centipede in the bathroom and another bug elsewhere in our room.

the room was clean, bed was comfortable, wifi worked just fine, and the breakfast was good. In this class it was a very good hotel

no elevator, but only 2 stories so not unexpected.
