Nice big room. Very comfortable bed. It's really easy on and off the highway.

Stay was not really friendly. I got coffee in the lobby and couldn't find the trash can for the trash. I finally turned to ask the guy at the desk, and he just pointed to the can on the other side of the lobby. Both the guy in the morning and evening made us feel more of an inconvenience than a guest. The cart to bring our bags from the car to the room was falling apart. I asked the guy at the desk if he wanted me to put it back by the door, or should it be put somewhere someone won't have to fight with it, he just looked up and said put it by the door.

The room was comfortable for the most part. I am glad I was able to have my dog with me.

The door at back patio apparently was on a timer and did not work in the early mornings when using room key so I had to walk my dog all the way around and go in main entrance. I also ran out of paper towels for the kitchen area in the room (only a few on the roll when I got there) and they did not have any in stock to replace them so I had to go buy my own.

I believe the front desk gentlemen’s name was Johnathan, but he was amazing. He helped check us in and was there the first few days and he always had such a bubbly personality and i genuinely felt he wanted to help with everything i needed. pleasant interactions like this really make or break the trip so i appreciate him for making our experience positive. For the price it was clean and comfortable and very spacious. We were really surprised when we arrived because it was a nice hotel and we really got the best bang for our buck here.

I didn’t really have anything i didn’t dislike, however the gym is in a pretty open area and you can’t close the door so i felt a little exposed. Nonetheless i can’t even complain about that because it was convenient to have a gym, laundry and kitchen area in one place for such a good price.

Wow!! The staff were super friendly!! I was there 19 days and not once did they fail to greet me, ask how things were going, provide linens and towels when needed. Super helpful and always had a smile.

Not much really. They were mid renovations but you could hardly tell. They kept the property clean and in order the whole time

Location was great, room was clean and they allowed my dog to travel with me. The staff was extremely friendly and great to deal with.

The refrigerator sounded like it was probably on it last round and was noisy on occasion but still worked.

The room was fresh and clean (which I appreciate) considering hotel allows up to 3 animals per room

Little pricey just to lay your head down for a night. Price jumped considerably for a weekend stay No breakfast was provided

We loved how the snack room worked, where it is trust based and we just fill out the sheet to charge the room. Very simple and very effective.

There was some items broken in my room, like the smoke detector, a lamp, and the clock. I would at least like a heads up next time that some items are out of order in my room beforehand.

Great room customer service

Book thru booking.com got to Candlewood suites were told they had no room next door was there sister property Holiday inn so we had to go there .Gave us a king suite which was nice .Ask about laundry oh our dryers are down have to go over to Candlewood to do laundry.Big issue booking then get bounced around .

Had to wait to check in because staff was across the street checking in people at sister hotel. Key cards had to be reprogrammed 2 times during out one night stay

Although there was a mix up with our room and we didn’t get the room we booked , the staff and management went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay wonderful
