Good location, nice staff, clean rooms. Beds are too soft but that is standard for all hotels these days. Is it possible to have a few rooms that don’t have the pillow top mattress? We didn’t stay long enough to need housekeeping service but they were all very friendly.

We took our 4 year old granddaughter to the pool on Friday afternoon. The water was not warm enough. She had a wetsuit on so she was ok but it was very chilly for those of us who had to be in the pool with her. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said she would tell those who manage the pool. The heat definitely needed to be turned up!

Location location location is perfect. Everything is close by. Shops, restaurants etc etc .. Even the i25 .

The connecting doors make the rooms way to noisy.. the folks next door enjoyed " Tour de Fat " weekend a bit too much and came back in the middle of the night.... 🍻🍻🍻🤭 nothing to be frustrated about. But yeah .. noisy.

I used a third party to book the room. When we arrived our reservation was not showing. Hotel staff immediately offered to call the third party. Our reservation was found and we were able to check in. Daytime staff was also very friendly!

I loved that this hotel is close to decent food options and there's a shopping mall just a block away. The hotel itself was nice. It was great that they have a Peloton bike in the gym and the front lobby is really clean and spacious. It was awesome to have a large table area for folks that need to get a bit of work done. Also, last but not least, the lady that checked me in was a gem! She was really nice and curious about my bike race event (which is why I was in town.) All weekend, we would chat every time we encountered each other. Super nice lady that made me feel welcomed!

The property was amazing and the staff was extremely polite and professional. Location was very central to all the activities that were on my itinerary. I loved the mounted bathroom soaps and amenities!

This is not necessarily a dislike, but with the hospitality trend of plush mattresses, they can be difficult for seniors to get into. I had asked for a stool, but did not hear back from the front desk.

Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, front desk professional, restaurant food was great and our waitress went above and beyond, very nice, informative, and made our morning very pleasant.

the property was clean and well set up. the young man checking us in was not very friendly, not sure what was going on but he had very little to say . also the refrigerator in the room was very loud and ran all night.

This hotel is completely renovated from the last time we stayed, and they did a fantastic job! Beautiful colors and ambiance! Very close to shopping and restaurants. Across the road is a shopping center that includes target

The service was excellent, especially Paul. Would definitely recommend staying here. The proximity to foood and shopping areas are also a plus.
